Summerchase 603 | 3BD/2BA | Multiple Pools, Gym, Sauna/Steam Room + More

Perfect!

The property was the perfection location! We can't wait to come back next year!

We love staying in Summerchase, this is our 3rd year here. The condo worked well for us. A few issues came up, but were remedied in good time. We love so much seeing the gulf every day!

Great spot on the beach! Almost right next to new CoastAL dining spot! Only complaint is that the tile floors were not clean! First night walking on them barefooted blackened our feet! Pictures of condo were very accurate. Good value for the $$ spent. But if I pay a cleaning fee I expect clean floors!

This is the second time we have stayed at Summerchase Condo (different room each time) and loved every second of it. This area is very family friendly and close to everything! We love it and have already booked it again for 2023!!

It was a good stay and the pics were as advertised. Kitchen was stocked, location was perfect, and it was roomy enough for our family of 5. We had a couple inconveniences with the newly installed door lock. The master shower had very low water pressure and the master bed wasn't very comfy. All three 3 kids loved their beds tho so we were happy. Would consider returning to this location!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pictures were a little off with what this condo had to offer. The indoor pool was dark and dingy and not by the hot tub (totally different rooms). This was our one complaint that the inside pool area was not better. We went down there in March and it was windy and in the upper 60s. One day it rained.

The condo itself was just as pictured, gives you all the great beach vibes! Clean, convenient location and great amenities! Parts of the building itself needs some updates but they were working on that while we were there. Easy access to the beach with nice boardwalk! Would definitely stay again!

Code didn't work when we got there and had to wait min. to get another code to get in. Washing machine was not useable do to mold. So gross. Sliding glass door broke and could not use. Paint on walls very dirty and kitchen cabinets chipped. The showers were dirty and sand in of the beds. Not a premier property by my standards at all.

Our first trip after being vaccinated!!!! It is perfect on the water view, close to good food, shopping and over all trip fun!! Would stay there again....
