    Best things about the unit were location within the complex, features of the unit and complex as well as location within Kihei. Super convenient and a pleasing unit in that way. The unit looks good I gave this unit 3 stars, in spite of the fact that it was pretty much as described because of the following: Window AC in LR is too noisy to run at night and insufficient to cool into BR's in any event. This element was tolerable for us, but for many it would be very disappointing. King bed is very soft and to us, uncomfortable. Several maintenance items that reflected badly on the place but did not make our stay difficult enough to warrant putting up with corrections being done while we were there. When you are paying top dollar, or what feels like top dollar, 4-5 stars must be earned and this fell short.

    Pro's: location was great, kitchen had lots of pots and pans, was spacious, beds were comfortable. They do provide beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards and a cooler on wheels.Con's: AC was only in the main area and did not work very well, we found it difficult to sleep due to the heat. The ceiling fan in the small bedroom doesn't work. The bathroom fan in the master bedroom doesn't work. Both bathrooms need renovating or updating. The kitchen had no amenities like salt or pepper, no sugar, no tinfoil or plastic wrap. The main bathroom fan in on it's last legs, stops working by the end of your shower. Not a terrible unit but could definitely use some TLC.

    The unit was clean & modern, newer furniture was simple but comfortable. The king size bed was wonderful but 100% polyester sheets were a disappointment. Especially as there was no air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The main unit in the living room is old and not particularly efficient, so an upgrade is definitely something to consider

    We had a wonderful holiday in the condo from start to finish. While the check- in is typically 4 pm, we got a text stating the suite was ready at about 2:30 pm … we were so appreciative to be able to get groceries in fridge, etc. We were accommodated again on the departure which made all the difference to the enjoyment of our trip. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being on the ground floor was the best for enjoying the bbq, birds and coming and going to the pool with a senior. We have stayed at Kamaole several times over the years and this condo was awesome. Maholo!

    Could’ve used a deep clean of things like the baseboards and fans but overall was set up well. Great access to the grounds for early mornings outside. Supplied outdoor furniture and good beach chairs and umbrella and some sand toys. Coordinated with a local baby rental company and our baby items were in the condo ready to go when we arrived which was very convenient. Best part was the location. Very close to parking (convenient with loading up lots of stuff for kids). Very close to outdoor grill. Easy walk to the pool and the beach. Lots of space for 4 adults and 2 kids

    Not only was the location excellent, the convenience of a ground floor unit was hard to beat. The AC is only in the main living space, but by using fans to push cold air into the bedrooms at night, we slept really well even with the heat! The unit is fully stocked including everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool. We will absolutely look for this unit when we come back. Highly recommended. We stayed with my wife, mother in law and 16 month old daughter

    The property needs a deep clean; the baseboards are dirty and the kitchen cupboard under the sink. We did get ants but did agree for them to spray. The outdoor storage needs a big clean. There were not 6 glasses of 2 styles as well as short on red wine stems. Some of the frying pans needed replacing as well as a beach chair. This was all conveyed to the managing property. Overall, the unit was ideal for our situation.
