Condo is a spacious 3bd /3 bath that slept 8 adults comfortably! Kitchen is well equipped just bring your food, spices and coffee! Walking distance to many restaurants and a few activities. We're not big beach lovers but the rest of our group are (28 total (10 kids under 12 & 16 adults)

It was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. One issue we found is that most of the electrical outlets were loose and our phones ended up not charging due to plugs slipping out of outlets.

We literally had no place to go. Legacy was nearby and helped us right away! They were so kind , wonderful, and found us a place to stay. I'll be using them again next year!!!

Might consider replacing carpet. :-) We had an excellent time. The beach service was a great benefit.
