Summer Place #204 - 3 BR Beachfront Condo - Free Beach Service!

Awesome location, amazing room/view. Highly recommend!

We had an overall great visit. The condo was as pictured and described. Our only issues was that there was a mildew smell as you come it the door and in the bunk room. Also the floors could use a good mopping, rugs were very dirty and we found old food unded under the corner of the stove. Other than that, things were good. Be The beds were so comfy. We slept great.

We loved the new furniture on the balcony and spent a lot of time out there when not on the beach. Having the beach service included was definitely a perk! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

They are excellent to deal with, and we have loved every vacation rental we have had there! The location of Summer Place, couldn’t be better! You are right on the beach and most of the condos we have rented through them come with complementary beach set up which we love. Our condo was immaculate and had everything we needed!!

Water & weather was GREAT all week. Condo was very nice. Only 2 things - need more patio furniture (only 4 chairs) & need handicap grips on the tub/showers. We WILL be back again next summer.

This property was great for our family of 8! The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook, the condo was very clean, and we all fit pretty well. We just wish there was more furniture on the balcony such as a table and some more chairs. It also was super nice that we got 2 sets of beach chairs everyday with the room! Great spot, great area, great condo!

The condo was very clean, close to the beach and overall a great place to stay. Definitely would come back!

The kitchen was very accommodating for cooking a big meal. I can’t think of anything negative that we weren’t pleased with. I’ll definitely ask for this condo again!
