The Pros: The condo/home was better than in the pictures! The house was very spacious and the bedrooms were big! The room that my husband and I stayed in had a private bathroom which we loved and it was large enough for our dog to have her own space. The room our friends stayed in was big as well it had 2 beds in that room which was perfect for their daughter to have her own space. There was 5 humans and 1 pup total and we had enough room we didn’t feel like we were cramped or on top of each other. The living room area was amazing! The big coffee table provided us with enough space for hours of board games while it rained. I would definitely stay here again!The Cons:The larger couch in the condo/home was uncomfortable. Later found out it was a pull out couch which makes since of why it was uncomfortable. The A/C vents in the living room and kitchen wasn’t working (made host aware) but it cooled down pretty quick even with them not working. The exhaust fan in the bathroom in the hall wasn’t work as well (also made host aware) our friends just showered with the door open so they wouldn’t cause a mold problem. The dryer seems to be on its last leg as well.The host:The host was super easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and when I messaged her about the few things listed above she was immediately responding and asking if we wanted someone to come out to take a look. We were fine and she said she would have someone out there after we left!

Everything was great! Great location to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The complex was very nice. Amenities provided with stay were very convenient.

We’ve been staying here for the past several years and it’s always a highlight of our summer. The kids love the pool. It’s an easy walk to the beach and ice cream shops and the amenities are just what we need for our little family.

This is our second time at this VERY convenient location. Great stay and easy to walk to the beach and breakfast or any food location with Coligny Beach area. Love this place!! Will stay again when coming to visit the kids!!

Condo was perfect for my family of 5. We didn't bring a pup this time but plan to in the future. We chose to drive to the public parking to the beach instead of walk. We loved that it is just far enough to make it inconvenient for our teens to leave the beach and go back to the room. Haha. We would stay here again.

Perfect proximity to the beach! Steps to the pool and the back patio is amazing!

We loved the location, unit was clean but the 4 tin cans of air freshener in the pantry were over kill and made the house smell like a gas station restroom. Not sure if they were trying to mask the smell of the upstairs units pot ( skunk smell) usage. A fresh coat of paint would help to brighten up the place and make it appear less dingy.

We really enjoyed our stay! We've stayed a few places in Hilton Head over the last 15 years and this is by far one of my favorites. The condo was well stocked with dishes and utensils and was quite roomier than I expected. The walk to the beach was a little further than I thought, but still very doable. The convenience of the pool and grills right outside the slider more than made up for it. We had a small hiccup with the door, but the owner was very easy to get in touch with and we got it resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again! My family had such a great time!

This condo was perfect for our family of 3! We loved that the pool was maybe 10-15 steps from the back door and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center was maybe 50 steps from the front door!! Super convenient location. Just a short walk to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very safe and amazingly quiet and a peaceful retreat for us. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had questions! We will definitely stay here again!!

Property was excellent and as advertised; great location to be able to easily bike to the beach. We would stay there again for sure!

I am writing to warn others that someone enter the property while my teenage daughter was inside alone. They accessed the house using the door code to enter and upon seeing my daughter and asked about retrieval of furniture and then left. I notified the property manager and they advised this must have been a mistake, but I am confused how they knew the house code. The other issue is this is a pet friendly property so my son could not sleep at night because of sneezing all through the night as the pet dander is extremely bad. He had to go sleep at another families property. The house is otherwise very clean and in a good location.

The main room is light, airy and decorated in a beachy theme. The white washed grey paneling compliments the decor. It is perfect for a family especially if you are attending Van Der Meer tennis academy. It is so close. The very large pool is also just steps away. Everything was on point. The appliances are newer. The owner has provided thoughtful touches. The bathrooms and kitchen are older and a bit worn. This is not a deal breaker because there is no extra stress worrying about it. The water pressure and hot water is outstanding. The AC was great too! We enjoyed the whole property very much. Close to everything.

This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints! The kitchen is ready to feed a family and the rooms are cozy. The kids could have lived at the pool but we made sure to get plenty of beach time too. Everything is in walking and biking distance. We barely had to see the Memorial Day crowd because in the busy afternoons we were so happy hunkering down at the condo. We just love coming here!

Stayed 3 nights. Perfect location. Easy access.
