It was more than we hoped knowing beach front places are usually well used... for the cost per night I would book this place over and over again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company was great to deal with - recommend! The property was as described and pretty average (the photos do make it appear a little nicer than it actually is). I likely wouldn't visit the property again but I would rent again from this management company.

Reviewer Comments: This is the third year we have stayed at Summer House W and we love it. Even though the beach is across the road it is a short walk and the traffic is of no concern. Also, the beach is not nearly as crowded as the larger condo's we have stayed in. The only concern is getting luggage/groceries up the stairs. For older people, like myself and my husband, it is not a good situation!
