Summer House 804A - NEW UPDATED RENTAL - Signature Properties

No drapes in any room but master and those did not fit properly. Most comfortable chair in living room was Dirty. Floors pretty dirty.

Nice spot! I really like the shore line at this place better than the Florida side.

Room was so Clean! Pools where awesome and beach was beautiful!

First off, the property manager Julie was a complete Rockstar! The house was in THE perfect location, had easy access to the beach, was clean, had some books and a puzzle, and had all the amenities, perfect starter package of supplies were available also. The balcony view is gorgeous and my grandson’s favorite was the hot tub and indoor pool. His dad got stung by a huge jellyfish and that was it for him and the beach. Hahaha. He said it was his best vacation yet even after the jellyfish mishap. I’ve rented here before and will definitely be back. It should be noted they are freshening up the building right now, but it didn’t interfere with our time there. Can’t wait to see it when it’s done. The AC was amazing so bring a couple of throw blankets for the sofa. Our family made some great memories here, hope yours does too.

It had great tvs and comfortable couches. The mattresses were great too!! Seriously, I have been to a lot of VRBOs that are not as great as the pictures, but this one is exactly the same. The management company was awesome-- they promptly replied to any questions we had and used text which worked well for us. The only* 2 problems were that one of the elevators was broken and that made long lines of people waiting and because they are doing construction, we sometimes had to park across the street. This wouldn't have been an issue except the road is super busy. Other than these things, the vacation was great

The bathrooms were very small and only one person could actually get in there at one time. The thing that bothered me the most though was the fact that you had to have a key to get in the door and the door was boarded up with metal. Years I guess where somebody tried to break in. I don’t know. The updates wouldn’t be very costly so I think they should be taken care of. They were also working on the condo so it was very inconvenient going in and out.

Older facility, but going through major update. From what we could see the updates will make these units real nice. Views and access to the Gulf shore line was excellent. Gate keeper was very helpful and friendly.
