As is standard for vacation rentals in our area, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of amenities, unlike a hotel. Please plan to bring any additional supplies you'll need for the duration of your stay. We're here to help you kick off your vacation with ease—reach out if you have any questions!

    The location of this condo was near the stairs in an elevator. The second floor balcony had a great view of the pools and beach. Easy access. The kids really enjoyed the pools… Both the indoor and outdoor pools. The condo is conveniently located to everything you need in the area restaurants Grocery store souvenir shops. The condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Our grandson slept on the pullout couch, which was high-quality. Plenty of space for everyone. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the pillows on the beds. We loved our stay would definitely do it again.

    Obviously the property is under major renovations, we were not prepared tor how much would be still under construction. The unit itself appeared to be clean, but all fixtures are outdated and unit just doesn't feel fresh, way past due new paint and updated kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Expected much MORE!!

    205A was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was very nicely decorated, was incredibly clean throughout, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, the beach access was great. The pools were really nice. The indoor pool is smaller than it looks but kids still loved it. Response time to anything was super quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

    Easy access to the beach. On the main through fare, though you wouldn't know it from the Beach side. No contact check-in and check-out. All in All a great stay

    Condo was comfortable and clean. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. There is an additional charge of $63 for the second car. Would recommend to others to rent here.

    The condo was updated and nicely decorated. It was the perfect size for my spouse and I and our 4 children (ages 10, 8, 5, 5). The booking and communication was great and we were even able to check in a few hours early. Our complaints were that the toiletries and detergents were cheap. 2 rolls of 1 ply TP for 6, let alone 10, for a 5 day stay is pretty frugal. We had to hand wash dishes after running the dishwasher. The MAJOR complaint was not being informed of the obnoxious, never ending construction noise on their building next door. It was awful!! We couldn’t enjoy our balcony or even the beach in front of the condo because of the horrible noise. It woke us every morning by 7:30 am and continued past 5pm. I understand it’s not the owners fault and it’s off season, but it would have been nice to be informed or a discounted rate. I just wanted to have a cup of coffee and take in the beautiful views and that was impossible!! Given there are so many options around this location, we would probably not stay here again. Also, the grills are basically in the parking lot as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The tennis courts are across the street. After visiting, we learned we can pay the same or less to have amenities that are on the beach side and on property. We loved our first visit to Orange Beach, but our accommodations were just so-so.
