Royal Palms Condominiums building is located in East Gulf Shores directly west of the Alabama Gulf State Park Beach. There is nothing but sugar white sand dunes and amazing Gulf waters to the East and South of this building for miles. The pool area is east of the building on the state park beach side so it has beautiful east and direct Gulf front views. This building also boasts an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and steam room. Royal Palms has ground level parking and 2nd level parking which leads straight to your unit door, which means no steps to your door from the 2nd level parking deck. This building also has a nice size meeting space with tables, books, and sofas used primarily by winter guests and owners.

*The Royal Palms Condominium Association has made some changes to the Guest Registration Certificates for parking at Royal Palms.

-Starting January 1st, 2021 parking passes will be $50 each excluding the following:
-Music Festival parking passes are $150 each
-Spring break parking passes will be $60 each (March 1st-April 15th) and
-Shrimp Festival parking passes will remain at $40 each.
-Long Term Rental parking passes (28 days and longer) will be as follows: $50 for each month Oct-Feb
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
