Overall, stay was a B, at best…facilities were nice, only one pool was heated (it was almost warm, closer to cool as a temp) and the hot tub (which was FULL NONSTOP)… neighbor smoked on his balcony which kept us from being able to keep our doors open at all for fear of a few… there are NO upper door locks on balcony doors so our 3 year old could open and shut the doors, plus the lock on one door was VERY HARD TO LOCK, on the lock situation, I have never stayed anywhere where there is no deadbolt to keep people out of your room, there is only a slide hook on the top of the inner door… internet was terrible, at NO point could we have all 3 TV’s using it at the same time… found one “insect”, just one time in the kitchen…. Too many nickel and dime fees for what I had already paid for the room imo… fee for a high chair (15) and pack n play, 30 for late checkout fee, parking fee 35..snack bar is advertised everywhere but closeds for the entire duration of our stay. Proximity to beach was great, balcony, for adults was also amazing, we enjoyed theFacilities overall, room was nice… I’m sure it’s a whole other place in summer…

We had a great time at Splash Beach Resort in Panama City. Everything was amazing. They had an outdoor restuarant which had great food so we didn’t need to get dressed every night to go out. There was an ice cream shop which we loved. Plenty to choose from. They even had snow cones outside so you could cool off. The kids loved the splash pools and pads. The beach was very clean, had beautiful water and only a few feet away from condo. The condo was well kept and very clean. Even the floor was clean and that’s difficult with all the sand. Book that Condo took care of all our needs. They kept up with their emails. We were very informed. No questions necessary. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay again. Thanks

Good cheap place to stay with kids the condo itself was great but we constantly had issues with the elevators and sliding doors at the resort. On our check out date it took 47 minutes to catch an elevator down with our luggage to leave it was ridiculous. Poold are not in the sun so they are super cold all the time

We really enjoyed our stay at Splash Resort we had an awesome time I was looking for an affordable place and going through Vrbo really helped me find just what I was looking for enough space for my kids (6 of them) my husband and I my children loved the space we were in and loved that it was on the beach we also loved the fact that there was a water park and a gym in our resort I will make sure to tell everyone I know to book at splash resort

Great condo and space for families wanting individual bedroom & bathrooms. Quiet peaceful area of PCB. this resort is made for families with little kids! My only suggestion would be for a small sectional in place of one of the 2 sitting chairs in living room.

We enjoyed our stay at Splash with our grown children and grandchild. We were pleased to have a high chair and pack and play for him. Everything about the condo were just like it was described and the views were perfect.

The condominium and the view was nothing short of spectacular!! We were awestruck with the 3 bedrooms, 3 separate bathrooms and 3 separate gulf side balconies on the 16th floor of this high-rise. The weather was perfect in mid-October. Highs in the 80s and lows in the 60s. Clean beach. Located on the West end of Panama City Beach, it was far enough away from the obnoxious noise of the motorcycle ralley occurring that week.

Great family resort. Condo was pretty basic, but clean. Property management was very responsive and provided things we asked for like extra coffee cups and pillow cases. Great views on quiet end of beach.

We had a great stay, the room was perfect for our group. There was some confusion when we arrived as we were told to go to registration right away to check in but they were closed so we couldn't get our parking passes or wristbands until the next day but it didn't end up being a big deal. The kids loved the resort and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful room with a great view. Enjoyed watching the ocean from the balconies. Space fit our two famies well with 3 separate rooms. The full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit were convenient. Everything worked well. I did call alerting of a running toliet to be fixed after our stay.

We loved the condo! Spacious and clean. I was concerned with being so high up, but it was actually great. The parking across the skywalk was a little long, but if we had to bring luggage or groceries in during a heavy rain, we would have been grateful for it. The place is geared toward children and there were a lot of them! Elevators were extremely long during the day, but not bad early in the morning and later at night. There are plenty of carts to go around. All in all, we were very happy where we stayed and are planning next year’s trip already.

Check in was easy and fast had good parking at the condo. Beaches and pool area at the condominium were well maintained. Room was nice and had everything needed for our vacation. Plenty of space and room to move about.

No security. Pools are very crowded. Limited places to sit at pools. Interior of room needs updating. Lamp shades falling apart, living room furniture not comfortable, master bedroom tv remote only has a few channels. Cookware and silverware need updated. Only 2 elevators for each tower and have the time o e was not working. Waited sometimes 30 minutes to get on. Will not stay again and most of the people I talked to said they will not be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB and the room. It was very spacious for the family. The washing machine didn't work which was not ideal but they did everything they could to get it fixed. I will be looking to book this se room next year. It was worth it.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Private beach access was great with teens and the smaller pools kept the younger two happy. Will definitely book again! No complaints.
