We were in PCB for a baseball tournament. We loved our condo, my grandson (15) went to the beach or the hot tub everyday. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We watched the fireworks at midnight 1-1-26 from our balcony. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family!!

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It's on the east end of the beach so it wasn't as crowded as places are further west. It was still just a short drive to Pier Park though. The parking wasn't great since it was across the street but the 2 parking spots available were both underground so my car was at least covered.

Very clean unit with easy beach access. Didnt use the pool but it looked nice. Would recommend.

At 1st just a little confusing because - how could it be THAT easy?! The entire property was very clean. Our unit was clean but need a good deep clean. Ie. Baseboards & behind furniture. Kichen hully stocked with needed dishes & utensils although there was not a single spice. Most condos we have stayed in over the years have have at least some left over from previous guests. I guess since covid this isnt neccessarily a bad thing, but would have been nice. Not even left over coffee filters. I suggest bringing your own spices & condiments, paper plates & cups (or get used to doing LOTS of dishes) & kuerig cups if you drink coffee.We LOVED the large balcony! Perfect for the whole family to sit & relax.Over-all, great stay & we would stay again.

This condo was as advertised and had beautiful views of the gulf from the 21st floor. It was well decorated and had everything that we needed for our visit. I found the location and condo to be more quiet than other places that I have stayed, which added to the enjoyment! Communication prior to our stay was great and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed Saturday-Thursday. Management was super helpful with any questions I had before our stay. We got to check in early and the condo was well cleaned. The view was amazing, definitely recommend!

This was a last minute getaway. We were very pleased with our stay at Tropic Winds.The condo is beautifully decorated, but our favorite place was the balcony. It was very comfortable and the view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very clean and spacious. We loved the size of the balcony and view was pristine. We saw at least one shark and manta rays from our balcony, which was fun! Great communication with the hosts.

The unit is beautiful. I chose this unit because of the balcony furniture. I love the couch and the lounge chair. The unit is very clean overall. My only problem was the reserved parking spots. It is across the street and it’s very dangerous crossing the street and very inconvenient for my friend who is handicap. We did not discover this until we got there and downloaded the app and it said parking is across the street. If I had known from the description of the unit that parking is across the street I never would have chosen to stay here. I reread the entire description of the unit and nowhere does it say across the street.

My grandson and I loved the Condo. Beautiful beach decor and clean. The view was spectacular. Also the location was perfect close but not too close to the hustle of activities.

We had a great trip! The condo was clean! We did notice that the silverware wasn’t super clean, but I’m sure that’s just the dishwasher not doing a great job. There was no muffin tin, so we had to change our breakfast plans for a couple mornings since we brought muffins to make, but it was no biggie. Might be something the owners want to add to their list of things to add. The beds, linens, and towels were all clean and tidy.There wasn’t a stopper in the main bathroom. The extra bathroom tub wouldn’t hardly drain. But neither of those are deal breakers, just something to note for the owners. We stayed in October, so it wasn’t super crowded. No trouble getting elevators and the elevators were quick! We would stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!

The ease of checking in was top notch. Great location, fast elevators, easy access to beach, covered parking, spacious balcony. Loved our stay, will be back!

My Husband and i celebrated our 25th anniversary here for 9 days and we never wanted to leave. Everything about this unit is amazing.

Excellent unit and property for our little family getaway. Loved the views from the balcony and the ease of getting onto the beach. Really enjoyed that things are a little less crowded on this end of PCB. Condo was spacious and had all we needed to make the stay enjoyable.

Our stay was wonderful. I stayed at this property with my mother and grandson. The property was beautiful, I'd stay there everyday if I could! The view was awesome! I recommend this property to anyone!

Convenient area away from traffic, very clean, includes beach chairs daily. Only dislike is the weird parking garage with assigned spaces, and only one free space per condo.

Had a great week at the condo. It was very clean. Gorgeous view. Only complaint is parking was confusing. Hoping to stay here again next year!! Definitely worth it!
