Queen size murphy bed in living room allows for 2 additional guests to sleep comfortably. New in 2023 Ductless AC system in living area and bedroom helps keep you cool after long days out in the sun.

Say aloha to dining al fresco while enjoying peek-a-boo ocean views on your private lanai. This perfectly located unit is just steps to the pool and barbecue grills.

The primary bedroom offers a California king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and gorgeous en suite bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combo. There is an additional full bathroom for guests just off the living area.

Take in a mesmerizing Maui sunset or just put your toes in the sand right across the street at Kamaole Beach Park III. Snorkel with turtles and whale watch from the huge grassy field.     We stayed here for just over 2 weeks. The location was great, KAM beach is directly across and easy and quick to walk to. Overall amenities of the resort was as expected and generally clean and lots of parking. We did have a few issues during our stay, from not receiving any check in information (I had to call for some time while at the airport to try and get it), to broken hair dryer and malfunctioning washer. We’ve been to Maui many times and generally don’t experience such issues so this was new for us. With that being said, everything was addressed before we checked out. The location of the unit is very close to the pool so quite convenient. The unit also had some basic beach gear which came in handy.

    Host was welcoming. Couch in the living room is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!!!!!

    Very nice accommodations . The cell service was very poor but everything else was great. It was nice having the Murphy beds when we had extra guests the first week. The wifi was poor in the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands,

    The facility was lovely and the location to the beach was excellent. This condo was clean and well stocked for cooking, towels, and beach supplies. Breakfast on the lanai was quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for. While this property is located in a resort-style complex, the unit is managed by a separate property management company. If there are problems with the unit, the separate property manager is the contact for repairs. Normally this wouldn't be a problem except that we DID have problems and the property manager was unresponsive. Upon arriving, we discovered that we master shower did not drain properly. After a short shower, I was left standing in nearly 2 of water. We tried to solve the problem ourselves with a plunger but that didn't work. I sent a message to the manager via VRBO right away. I received an automated response saying my message was important and they'd respond to my inquiry as soon as possible. I had no response. We called on Saturday morning and were told a request would be put in. No one showed up. In addition to half of the outlets not working properly, the Microwave did not work. We tried to troubleshoot by checking breakers and more outlets without success. We tried 4 times to reach out via the VRBO app and telephone; we finally got a response from the property manager at noon on our last day. They did offer a credit back, with an apology, which we appreciate, but quick response to the issues would also have been preferred

    Fairly private unit backs onto small green space which is nicely shaded for morning breakfast on lanai with the birds. Convenience of ground level. lPlenty of close parking. Comfy bed and bedding. A/C works great. Kitchen very nice with all you will need. Only complaint is bathrooms need upgraded shower fixtures.

    Apt. 6-102. Loved the location near the beach, being on the first floor, the patio facing the grassy area, very close to pool, and zero noise from neighbors. They also had tennis and pickleball courts but I didn’t get the chance to use them. They left a small bag of Kona coffee for us and plenty of beach supplies. Cons: not a fan of their towels or the showers. There was also a dead roach in our room though I understand pest control can be difficult in apartments in a tropical area.

    Very nice unit. Nice and close to the pool and ice machine. Nice short trips down to Kamaole III beach everyday. Shower fixtures could use an update, but not the end of the world as they still do what they are supposed to do. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We loved our stay!
