    The dishwasher leaked. The main bathroom door wouldn’t close at all, the fan in the main bathroom doesn’t work.I contacted the host, told them the problems and that they could come by anytime. I never heard back from them. No one came by and the problems were still there when we left.

    Loved eating breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed the gardens. Pool area is very nice for relaxing in the afternoon. Location is great. Great beach and park across the street, within walking distance to restaurants/bakery/stores. Been coming to this complex for years and love everything about it.

    This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The lanai was always in the shade while we were there & that was what we wanted. The bed was very comfortable and the whole condo was great. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked it for next year.

    After a long day of travel we arrived and there was no blankets provided for the pullout bed (where our daughter was sleeping). We contacted the rental company and hours later they brought a throw blanket/decorative blanket. Needless to say the first night wasn’t comfortable for pullout sleeper. Rental company didn’t seem to care. Also contacted them during our stay to request some supplies (garbage bags, hand soap etc). They were not responsive to this at all - the guy my husband talked to just repeated over again that they only supply a ‘starter pack’ as per the rental agreement. This seems ridiculous that for a stay of 19 days that you are only supplied with 3 garbage bags - and there is a sign on the counter from the owners that the garbage needs to be taken out daily in order to control pests. So needless to say we purchased garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher blocks and hand soap (that was supposed to be supplied and never was). We also told the rental company that there was some mysterious brown marks on the bathroom door and the bedroom door (that we quickly lysoled off - gross), they were also not bothered by this because they asked if we had proof and had taken picture…really??? The condo itself is fine, the kitchen/baths have been redone but the furniture is old /tired and same for the decor. Bed is not bad but the pillows are terrible, we all had sore necks. Location is great and pool was nice. Stay again but make sure everything is properly in place.

    Stayed at this property for 3 nights did not have hot water the 3 nights I showered. Something was in the air from the air conditioning my wife had an allergic reaction in the room. There was a lot of construction going on at the complex wasn’t mentioned at all prior to arrival.
