Summer Breeze 105: Charming Condo, Poolside and Steps Away from the Beach!

Our stay was great at this property; the location is perfect, with the beach just across the street and the pool right outside the back door. The only downsides were: can hear neighbors on 2nd floor walking/moving, bed was not super comfortable but it worked, and with the cold weather a few palmetto bugs came into the unit (but it was addressed right away). Property manager was great and overall experience was great.

Perfect location! We love Summerbreeze!Inside property needs a lot of work. Knobs, handles, locks on doors are all about to fall off. Kit pots and pans are all stained to where food sticks on it when cooking, not enough forks. Bed uncomfortable. TV only played music, no TV to watch. Hot Tub was hot but jets did not work. Not enough outside lights by pools. Umberellas needed for shade at pool!Needs repairs and up keep.Certainly not 5 Stars!

Great property.Walk straight out to pool, Short walk to beach. Just needs a big upgrade on furniture.

This is our second year in a row staying same condo Things that were missing or broken from last year have fixed. Everything was perfectJust the steps from the beach Condo is located in very convenient location close to everything. We’ll come back next year again

Nice clean condo, close to the beach! The unit was well appointed with lots of towels and a well stocked kitchen.The on-site pool and hot tub were great, with plenty of deck chairs.

Our favorite place to stay in Destin! Always clean, right across the street from public beach access (which means quiet evenings!) and a great little pool for the kids to play in or take a quick dip.

Dirty air vents Smells musky and mildew Ice maker doesn’t work Beach chairs broken, can’t use Front door dead bolt doesn’t work Microwave oven light doesn’t work Overhead lights in kitchen missing a light Air unit in hall way is wrong type of filter and dirty. Toilet paper hold is broken and hanging from the wall

When we checked in, the access number we were provided didn't work and the property manager was unavailable with no return calls. We stood outside for the better part of an hour when we were finally able to get in touch with someone who could let us in. Floors were very sandy upon entry and there was sand in the beds. The property was ok, with a convenient location, but we had to do some cleaning upon arrival.

Just a 5 minute walk and your toes are in the sand Complete with pool and hot tub, it also includes outdoor grills and laundry machines. Chris Chico and VRBO are unbeatable.

We stay in this unit each year when we come to Destin for our family vacation. We love the convenience of stepping off the deck and the pool is just a few feet away. We can enjoy our coffee and watch our grandchild at the same time. The beaches are beautiful and only a few steps further than the pool. We will be back next year.

The condo was alittle dated and the ice maker in fridge didn't work and some of the boards on decking were really worn out but over all I would rent this place again
