Stayed Aug 18, 2025Everything was great. The unit was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The area is perfect for families.Guests should plan to bring clothing hangers and an extra garbage bag or two for the kitchen.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Listing is accurate. Great location for beach access. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk and Jolly Roger amusement park. Relatively clean unit, beds are comfortable. One bathroom tub had a backed up drain, but that’s an easy fix. All in all, would recommend— particularly for the beach access.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024We loved the location and ease of getting on to the beach every day! I gave it an overall 4 stars because it was very difficult to get in to the front door- the lock is old and rusted- it’s a digital code that we had to enter at least 10 times before the door opened. It would unlock and relock and not allow you to open the door- this seems minimal but it was very frustrating when you’ve been on the beach all day, and you are carrying items and children.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024place was dirty, kitchen cabinet fell off and hit my wife on the head. chair collasped and I fell to the floor, screen door did not function at all, my wife got bed bugs from bed she was sleeping in, had to go to dr when we got home, Lock on door did not function very well if at all

Stayed Aug 1, 2023Summer Beach is a great location, not just because it's right on the beach, but because it's in walking distance to some great things (Tony Luke's, Shot's, bagel place, shops, etc). We really loved the beach and bay views from the balcony! The building is older, but our condo was updated and clean and really comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is basic, but with the beach right there, we really only cared about cooling off on our way back anyway. It was great to text with the property owner, who was super responsive and personable. The check in/check out instructions were clear and simple. We had a great mini week there and would definitely return!
