Shadow Mountain Condos are located right on the ski slope across from the Shadow Mountain chairlift! This beautiful vacation rental is on the fourth level of the complex affording amazing views of the surrounding mountains and the town of Aspen. While there is no elevator our team is available to help with luggage upon arrival and at departure as there are 4 flights of stairs to this condo. We'll gladly help with luggage during normal business hours. We ask that you contact in advance of your arrival to schedule this. The view is worth the effort though! During your stay you will access the home via the pool and barbecue areas or ski right into the barbecue area to access the home via one staircase. Being one of a handful of ski-in/out condo properties on Aspen Mountain the access and views are unsurpassed. To access town you can stroll down South Aspen Street where you will find Aspen's numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Returning back to the condo you can take advantage of the on-call free Downtowner Shuttle to get you back up the hill to the complex. As the property is tucked up against the mountain it is a quiet and peaceful retreat affording easy access to skiing and downtown.



Ski in / ski out to Aspen Mountain*, the Shadow Mountain complex is the perfect spot for a great winter or summer getaway. This inviting home offers great views, inviting living space with a gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings to gather after a day of exploring all that this amazing resort has to offer. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare great meals. Newly installed air conditioning on the upper level creates a comfortable space to unwind during the warmer summer months. The two bedrooms are located on the lower level with one full bathroom. One full bathroom is on the upper level.



Any time of year this condo is a great choice when coming to visit the Aspen Snowmass area. It is ideal for a small family or a few friends traveling together. After enjoying a hot cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast, it is easy access to the Shadow Mountain Lift (Lift 1-A) and the start of your ski day. At the end of your day, or for a quick lunch stop, you can store your skis right outside the front door and the entry has plenty of space for boots and coats. The seasonal outdoor heated pool is comforting after a long day on the mountain and there is a common area gas grill, gas fire pit and picnic area for enjoying apres ski with some burgers and beverages! The pool is closed in spring and fall.



Complimentary parking for one vehicle in the on-site lot. Additional vehicles will need to be parked off-site.



**Property is located on the 4th level and does not have elevator access. Please ensure you are able to navigate 4 levels before confirming your stay** There is a funicular located a flight of stairs up from the parking lot, however the funicular can be particular. No refunds if it's not operational. We'll gladly help with luggage during normal business hours. We ask that you contact in advance of your arrival to schedule this.



***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning. Air Conditioning is offered on the main living level. Fans are provided for your comfort***

Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent.



*Early and late season Shadow Mountain lift access dependent upon snow conditions. Aspen Mountain Gondola is 3 blocks away.

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

    We had a wonderful stay at Shadow Mountain! The views from our unit were spectacular, and the ski-in/ski-out location couldn’t be beat with such easy access to the slopes. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the upgraded kitchen, which was well equipped and made staying in just as enjoyable as going out. The private tram for the condominium was a huge plus and saved us from long, unnecessary walks up multiple flights of stairs. Would absolutely stay here again!

    This is a beautiful and comfortable unit, well-stocked with an incredible view. Be sure to take note that it is two stories and the unit is up four flights of stairs. It had an outdoor funicular that we used to take our luggage up, but the rest of the time we (both in our 70s) “hiked” up and down.

    Fantastic stay - we loved it. The location made for amazing views, and yet it was still so close to town and we walked everywhere. This unit in particular is great because it is on the corner and has windows out the front and the side. Yes there are lots of steps to get up but that was fine for our group. Would recommend and hope to stay in the future! communication was easy, all amenities were working and information was clear. Thanks for a great stay!
