Sugar Beach condo steps away from the ocean

Everything was great. Only concern was the lock on the front door was aggravating We sometimes had to try several times. The place, however, was so safe that we ended up just using the back door that was unlocked

The condo is spacious for us. Nice kitchen easy to work in. It was pet friendly. A relaxing place to stay.

The host was unbelievable. Communications were excellent. Any questions got an almost immediate response. And they were kind enough to find a couple of items we left and then made arrangements to ship them back to us

It was perfectly located at the beach andvery clean. Will stay here again for sure!!!

This was a very nice resort. Everything was easy to access, very peaceful, very clean. The owners were very nice. It was pet friendly, and had plenty of areas to walk your dog with cleaning stations. We highly recommended this place.

Speaking with property manager was easy, she answered any questions we had. The condo was clean and I love the location.

Everything was good, location was excellent but the place it’s small and the bathroom was very uncomfortable.

Condo was nice and clean-the master bedroom did face a busy road but didn't hear any road noise. The owner was responsive to questions, and property had some beach chairs and floats we could use. The property was an easy walk to both the pool and beach. It was pet friendly but never heard any barking noises or anything. Would stay again.

The condo was great, no problems, only wish it was closer to facing the ocean! Quiet, felt safe and Iana was a great host and communicated with me every time i ask her a question. My pup was so happy and content!

Could use a deodorizer to get rid of the musty smell and the mattress was horrible. Outside of that it all was what we needed

We needed a place last minute for one night. They were very responsive, letting us check in early and leave an hour late. (Thank you!!)The kitchen was very well stocked and clean, the bed was comfortable, the whole condo was very comfy. It is located closest to the road (gated community). We were worried about road noise, but there was a dehumidifier running and was nice white noise- we didn’t hear anything from the road! The parking is super convenient for loading/unloading. Because it’s the closest to the road, it is a bit of a walk to the beach, but easy access. And there is a little pond outside of the living room with koi, turtles, and different birds.

This condo is very nice & comfortable. The hosts provide everything needed for your stay. Iana & Ivan are also quick to communicate with in answering any questions you may have. I would absolutely stay here again.
