Reviewer Comments: This condo was cozy and the ac was superb 👌 the walk to the beach vouldnt have been more convenient and there are 3 pools and a kiddie pool as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great! Having two bathrooms was a plus! No steps to the beach from the boardwalk. Water and beach was great the whole week we were there. The condo building is older and had drainage issues when it rained. One of the two elevators went out a couple of days before we left so it made for a difficult checkout for sure. Maintenance needs to step it up on this building but the location was a delight.
