Step into your new home away from home! This gorgeously remodeled, east-facing studio on the 22nd floor is a treasure trove of breathtaking ocean views you simply have to see to believe. With room for up to 3 guests, it's nestled in the heart of historic Waikiki at the Pacific Monarch.



This is no ordinary vacation spot—it's the dream destination you’ve been waiting for! Just a leisurely 3-minute stroll from the famous beaches with their warm sands and azure waters, you’ll find yourself basking in the sun, enjoying ocean dips, snorkeling, surfing, and unwinding in one of the world’s most sought-after locations.



For your utmost convenience and comfort, this unit boasts an open floor plan and a kitchenette complete with a mini-fridge, double-burner hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, and cooking essentials.



We’ve upgraded the A/C to a Split A/C unit, far quieter and more powerful than the usual window units you typically encounter. The space also features a queen-size bed, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a deluxe 55 4K smart flat-screen TV (with cable and high-speed Wi-Fi, of course!), a dining table for 4, and a ceiling fan. The full bathroom includes a bathtub & shower combo with a multi-function showerhead.



All linens and towels, including beach towels, are thoughtfully provided. Plus, laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 3rd floor.



Parking in the building is available for $45 per day (price subject to change), payable directly at the parking garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.



And oh, did we mention the spectacular rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor It's your haven with a pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and sauna—all ready to elevate your stay!

Starting July 14, 2025, Pacific Monarch will begin an elevator upgrade project (estimated to complete by July 2026). One elevator will be out of service at a time, with 2 elevators remaining in operation.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: (FRONT DESK)

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM 

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM 



Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 



HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.



CHECKOUT CLEANING: 

The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.

There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.



STARTER SUPPLIES: 

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. 

Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. We can provide extra amenities for an additional charge. If interested, please contact us.



LINENS & TOWELS: 

We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are on the dresser.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.



3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses are stopping in Waikiki.
