Stylish Studio, Beach & Ski, Lakeland Village #220

The unit was very clean, but (1) the heating/cooling unit clicked and beeped all night and kept one of us awake, (2) we tried to check in early and were promised a call back from the property manager — the call never came, (3) the auto/motion light in the bathroom is a bad idea — blinding when using the bathroom late at night, (4) the unit needs more lighting (it is very dark at night even with lights on).

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us and coffee in the room. The room was spacious for two and clean. The one problem we had was resolved quickly and in full.

This was an absolutely great location. It got us onto the water at the beach, which is something in all of our visits to Lake Tahoe. We’ve never been able to do from where we were staying. The amenities were nice and the weather was beautiful so the trip all around was just great. The management team was super responsive as well.

Beautiful studio, great property and location. Safe too! We will be staying again!

We were really impressed by our stay at this property. Its location behind the elevators on the 2nd floor was very convenient, and we didn't notice any noise from foot traffic. Everything was in great condition, from the bed to the bathroom/shower. All the kitchen appliances worked well, and it was refreshing to have full sets of pots, pans, mixing bowls, and cooking utensils for once. We remembered to bring our swimming suits on this trip, and we made full use of the pool and hot tub even in the middle of winter!I would only point out two minor things that could probably be easily remedied. The vanes on the A/C unit drop over time, making it eventually blow air directly towards the bed. Also, the only way to disable the automatic lights in the bathroom overnight (useful if you have kids) is to cover the sensor yourself with tape or paper.We definitely hope to stay at this property again in the future!

There is excellent communication from RnR Vacation Rentals. I thought we would have a view of the lake, but we didn’t. That was my fault for not checking. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook our meals. Coffee was also provided. We enjoyed some evenings on the nice balcony. The amenities that the property provided were also great and included 2 pools (one heated) and hot tubs. There was a beach access directly on the property. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The condo is the perfect size for a couple. Lovely location and the amenities were amazing. Two pools, 2 spas, beautiful beach and laundry on-site. We would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Heidi’s restaurant right next door for a fabulous breakfast and Taste of Tahoe for a delicious dinner one evening. Would definitely recommend this location and RnR vacation homes for anyone looking for a wonderful week get away.
