Stayed Jan 1, 2024it would have been nice to be able to take the unit from Dec 15- Jan 6, but the stay was great.

Stayed Dec 1, 2022We loved our stay at Carl's Condo. The unit was in great condition and whatever small issues we had, he took care of promptly. The unit has a great southern view of the beach, pool and city and building has wonderful amenities.
