Stylish Parkside Retreat Near Beach Club and Community Pools

Traveling and wanted a short stay. This condo was perfect!

Literally steps away from EVERYTHING!!! We walked to the beach, shops and dinners out at FOOW and Wine Bar. When we needed a break from the beach we walked across the road to Cerulean Park and the biked down the street to the boat house. We LOVED Camp Watercolor too. The kid friendly pools and age appropriate slides helped me feel more comfortable!! 360 Blue were excellent to work with too! Would absolutely book this unit again.

45 WaterColor Blve W #103 This house was DIRTY!!! Very disappointed in this house. We found a plastic knife in the master bed along with a ping pong ball. We bleached the shower curtain in the queen bathroom, the floors were dirty..dropped an ice cubed and wiped the water from it...I have a picture of the paper towel-it was brown, dirty plates, glasses and silverware were put into the drawers and cabinets..we washed the dishes and silverware before using, the lint trap in the dryer had not been cleaned in many months, sand under the rug where the table is, cushions on the back porch have so much mold on them that you didn't want to sit outside, kitchen cabinets are in disarray...no organization at All, rust in the frig...... I could go on an on. This house is not up to the standards of WaterColor. I have been coming to WaterColor for at least 15+ years. EXTEMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOUSE. 360BLUE needs the housekeepers or the owners to give it an OVERHAUL!! I should be given a credit for cleaning.

Our family just returned from a week stay! We loved the location and this property. I was concerned with the mixed reviews, but we were pleased. The interior is updated with nice fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and bedding. The patios were great, but the cushions could be updated. You can’t beat the location. It was easy to walk to the main pool, beach and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo needs a top to bottom cleaning & a renovation. It felt & looked dirty & run down, and is so overcrowded with furniture. There was an old unplugged TV sitting in foyer, which greeted us when we arrived. The ice/water dispenser in fridge does not work, there were dirty hand prints on flatware drawer, the upstairs toilet does not consistently flush & the master “suite” was a huge bummer. There are fake wood/laminate floors in there, and the bathroom just felt old & dirty. The whole condo had a mild but unpleasant odor, we tried to air it out as much as we could. This was definitely not up to the quality rental standards I have experienced in past Watercolor experiences- we were so happy to get out of there. It was not a pleasant place to stay for our family.

Walked into the entry of this condo to find a bucket w water from a leak in the ceiling. Called mgt to find out that they had given maintenance the wrong arrival date for us. Continued issues w wifi resulted in a trip to the coffee shop in Seaside to send an email. Wifi fix date was scheduled for 4 days after we left. I really expected more perfection based on the cost of rental.

Where do I begin? This beautiful house has become our home away from home. We adore it’s so much we have returned to the same house for the past 7 years. It is a staple for our summer. The owners have done an incredible job of updating everything this last visit so there was fresh paint, some new patio furniture and the bed linens sleep like a cloud. This, along with the overall resort updates made it one of our best vacations yet. The Camp Watercolor pool with its 2 pools, 2 amazing slides AND lazy river complete with full service food and bar area made that a great treat to hang with the youngest while the big boys went charter fishing. We started almost every day at one of the lake docks for some pier fishing and caught everything from redfish to snapping turtles to crabs! With 3 boys the layout of the house with 3 bathrooms, hidden “secret” bunk rooms and 2 patios worked perfectly! We love it here and can’t wait for next summer!
