Stylish Belltown Court Gem | Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Parking & Rooftop Deck

They ask you to run the dishwasher however there is no dishwasher soap so please wash your dishes before you use them. There was also no laundry soap so we were unable to wash the bedding per request. The place is decently clean. It definitely could use a deep clean as we found used underwear. There are a few things that did not works such as a fan and the heat lamp in the bathroom. The view was nice!

Host wasn’t available to check us in like they said they would. Was there by 4 and someone didn’t show up until 7 to let us in

Add new carpeting and the unit would be great. Able to walk to attractions. More vagrants in area than expected but never felt threatened. Secure bldg. Served our purposes nicely.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and in a very convenient location and managed well. Our greeter was friendly and detailed in her description of the entry process, and we had to reach out to the apartment manager during our stay who was quick with her response. My only wish was that the couch was a true pull-out couch instead of the sections of the couch flattening to form a sleeping surface. Otherwise, this apartment was fantastic and suited our needs wonderfully.

This property was wonderful. The communication leading up to our stay was great and Valerie who checked us in did a great job explaining everything. The location is perfect as we don’t have to drive anywhere during our stay; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The property itself was very secure and have everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Best part about this place is the location. It’s in such a cute neighborhood with tons of things to do. It had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the pull out bed in the living room is quite uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom is quite comfy, though!

My husband, friend, and I stayed here in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. There were so many great restaurants and bars around, and we were just a few blocks away from the waterfront and Pike Place Market. I highly recommend this rental!

We could walk to everything - Space Needle, Pike Market, ferry, and T-Mobile Park. Secure building in a vibrant neighborhood.

My best friend and I stayed here for a long weekend prior to our cruise, and it was stellar! The check-in process was a bit intimidating, but smooth once completed. The no AC sucks, but the listing is accurate.

We had an amazing weekend away and this was a great spot to stay. We were in close proximity to all of the Seattle activities we wanted to do! It was perfect! House was clean, check in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Great location! We could really walk anywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean and fairly well stocked. The carpet really needs to be replaced. The building is not very sound proof and we found it very noisy - from the outside and from the hallway.

Didn’t like the fact of third party rental, check in had to be scheduled by appointment to the half hour. Unit was not very clean, electrical was questionable, exterior painting going on from 8am. So men looking in windows was not exactly relaxing. Not the usual vrbo experience!

A nice condo just out of the center of downtown. Super walkable and great to stay for a bit to explore the city. With the gated parking you can even leave your car here and not have any worries. The private washer/dryer was a great addition and this is a great find for anyone looking to spend some time in the city

We were allowed early check in. No issues with the lock. Area is a bit noisy at night, but easily fixed with earplugs. We did have issues with missing items that were supposed to be in the rental, but our greeter brought them to us. Nice location if you want to stay in downtown Seattle. The bathroom sink and bathtub were slow to drain. Overall a great stay!

Had a great time here. Booking was short notice so glad this was avalible. Complex was very nice in a prime time neighborhood. Lots to eat and do nearby. Cute patio

Nice apartment. The check in process was a bit cumbersome. It was hot and there are no air conditioners but we managed with the fans. The kitchen is well equipped and a good shower.

Gorgeous apartment! The innergarden gave a big sense of privacy, location was great.

The room was clean, conveniently located and the staff was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. The shower and sink would back up but overall we were happy with our stay.

This condo is a lovely place to stay. We particularly thought the bed was very comfortable, and it was fun getting to visit the pool/hot tub.

Clean and wonderful condo right in the heart of Belltown. This spot is centrally located to so much within walking distance! Comfy bed, great balcony, nice tub, loved the pool/hot tub and gym. All fantastic amenities for a downtown complex.
