I've stayed here a number of times, but in different condos each time, so I can compare this to my other stays. This condo is a little smaller than some of the ones I have stayed in before, but it was very nice and certainly big enough for the three of us! Great shelving in the kitchen for all of our stuff! Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

We loved the condo but the walk to the water is long. Lots of beach! We went a couple weeks after Helene and Milton and the area was great. One thing I would change, would be codes instead of so many keys to open so many doors/gates. We went in October with fewer light hours in the day and I would recommend keeping the pool hours until around 9:00 pm at night.

The condo and building were very well maintained but be ready for all the keys that are needed to get into the building, across the bridge to the beach, gate to walk out of the complex? It would be nice if at least they updated the building to a keyless entry? If you are looking for a very quiet, mature and orderly vacation you will like this area of Marco. Too many rules for us but still a very nice property in general. We just wanted to chill, occasionally smoke a cigar but for that you have to sit in a designated area which took all the fun out of it. The beach is beautiful from the balcony but it is quiet a walk just to get to the water and so many broken shells you have to wear shoes. Again, this was a very nice property but be ready and know what you want in a vacation. We wanted to chill but just no chilling here. Come on, who has a pool attendent? God forbid you move a chair to the wrong spot. Enjoy.

I would stay at this condo. Again. Great view. Everything was wonderful.

The condo was as depicted in the listing. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I would make a suggestion that the keys be color-coded to make that process a bit easier. balcony furniture could use a little bit of updating.
