Stayed Mar 21, 2024We have been coming to Marco Island for 5 years now and have stayed at many different condos, so far this has been the best. Wish there was a TV in the small bedroom as well. We had 5 people who all like to watch something different.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023We had a great time visiting Marco for our spring break. The condo was clean and beautifully updated. It is a bit of a walk to the ocean but the beach and sunsets were amazing!

Stayed Nov 21, 2022We had 5 Adults -only 2 keys for the week. Keys needed for a lot of entry points. No washer/dryers in Units. Laundry room was dirty. Parking $100 (over the cost of Condo) Back twin bedroom smelled like spoiled milk. M & M found on that floor also. Maybe spilt milk/formula in that bedroom at some point?? Lady “patrolling” pool & grounds was not very professional or nice to renters. Man in office was not very friendly either. We had wonderful food on Marco Island -but I would never stay in that complex again. (We all decided at end of the week-the Residents of that complex don’t want Renters there! We travel a lot with family -not impressed with South Seas and all their “RULES”

Stayed Apr 2, 2022We were unable to use the pool for four of our seven days so that was very disappointing. This has nothing to do with the owners of this unit but worth mentioning since it was such a negative for us. That being said, the condo was great! It was clean and comfortable with all of the comforts of being at home. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking we wanted to do. The decor is beautiful. The communication was top notch. We would recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.
