Stylish 2BR Boardwalk Condo – Gulf Views, Balcony, 2 Queens & Resort Amenities

We have stayed at ths Boardwalk several times (Different condo)This condo was filthy the main bathroom tub would not drain There was blood on the the comforter in the 2nd bedroom the balcony was filthy the rug on the balcony had animal hair all over it and cigarette burns on the it.The furniture was nice but the whole condo needs a deep cleaning Someone is getting ripped off where the cleaning is concerned The refrigerator took forever to get cold.The rugs in the condo just needs throw away Probably has not ever been cleaned.

Very special romantic trip. Perfect location and excellent amenities. Plan to be back!

Condo was beautiful and property was beautiful. Weve been going to Panama City for over 40 years. However, the pool rules are extreme and some nit all but some security guards were rude. Pool chairs were taken away on Monday before a storm was supposed to come in on Thursday. They do not seem to care about guests. Unfortunate

The condo was very nice and spacious enough for our trip. Both furniture and bedding were comfortable and helped in making our stay relaxing. The communication with the management team was a little aggravating but ultimately made things right. Everyone at the property was friendly to be around and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This unit was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and an amazing view of the ocean. Boardwalk Beach Reaort also offers many amenities which make the stay complete.

My family and I come to the beach every summer and the last 3 summers we’ve tried a different condo in PCB each year trying to find the perfect one. One year was Calypso and the other was Grand Panama. I can say The Boardwalk is the best BY FAR! It’s close to Walmart, Ripleys, WonderWorks, and plenty of restaurants. Additional parking passes were $50 but well worth it because the parking lot was a dream!!! We never had to fight to find a parking spot or luggage rack and were able to unpack everything from our car and make the easiest trip to the 18th floor. We never had to wait more than a minute or so for an elevator to open the whole week we were there. The condo itself was so clean and spacious. We had more than enough room to put away all of our things. The living room having a couch AND loveseat was great for our family. We’ve stayed in too many condos with an uncomfortable couch and rigid chairs. These are the things I never used to consider, but when you travel with family you quickly realize what is important in a condo and this one checked all the boxes! There’s 2 beach accesses and the private beach area was never too crowded compared to other condos we’ve stayed at. There’s a lifeguard on duty who we witnessed save someone from a rip current. We had a few double red flag days that we spent at the pool and we never had to fight over a spot to set up. The kids pool area could use a revamp but overall this resort had everything we needed and more!

Husband and I checked in here to extend a family trip. The unit was lovely, clean, well-decorated. View outstanding. Property management responsive. Only issue we had was crowded pool. Lots of kids.

Unit was as described and worked great for our family’s need. View was amazing and condo was clean. Pool was great and access to beach was nice. Wish we didn’t have to pay $45/day for beach chairs, but was ok for two of the days. Unit description did not include a Smart TV w access to streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, etc…) was a nice perk to enjoy (although Disney kept buffering). Also there was a Keurig in the room, which would have been nice to know. Also, for those who care, the property does not recycle. Customer Service at Book that Condo was very responsive, which was appreciated. This was our first time to PCB and honestly, besides the beautiful beach and Boardwalk property itself, the surrounding area wasn’t the greatest. But for a beach vacation, it was perfect. ?

We stay in Panama City Beach every year. This is one of the best units we have stayed in. Very clean and up to date. Beds slept great. Very nice that they have five elevators because it made for short wait times.
