Stylish 1BR - Direct Beachfront - Renovated -Phoenix VII

Great place for families and couples. The condo was really pretty, very clean, well stocked. We felt safe and secure. Beach access easy, multiple pools. Facility was very clean. Grocery and shopping within a reasonable driving distance. We’ve already recommended it to our family and friends. We had a wonderful time and hopefully we’ll be back!

Beautiful views! Wish the pool wasn’t so noisy of night so u could hear the waves. Understand it needs to run in daytime.

Condo was large and well equipped. Only issues were - no bath soap or shampoo (owner reply was that they only provide a couple of days of basic needs - but not those) also there were no beach towels. We flew in from out of state and we don't pack towels. You play a premium for this condo and I have an issue that the owner can't supply a couple of beach towels that he could get from Walmart for 24.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect size for the two of us. The unit was clean with the exception of the white comforter on the bed it had stains on it which we took off and did not use because of the stains that should have been changed by housekeeping. When we went down to get our parking pass the clerk couldn't find our reservation which was a little stressful but it was finally located as she said it was not put in the system. Wi-Fi worked great. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need.The tv is a little tricky but we got it figured out. Over all I would stay here again and would recommend the condo.Thank you for a good stay.

The condo was perfect for two of us. It was clean and has a nice balcony overlooking the beach.

Loved the condo, the location and the ease of access. Totally as listed and would definitely stay again! Very clean and communication with owner was very prompt and friendly. 10/10.

The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the view was fantastic. It's close to several nice restaurants and shops. The pool is lovely, although I wish the steps in and out were shallower. Overall, it was delightful.

Property as described. Easy to communicate with owner. Amenities spot on. Comfortable bed, slept well. Would use again.

We stayed here for a long weekend while in town for wedding festivities. The unit was spotless clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and for a one bedroom it had plenty of space. The view was also amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to book again.

My best friend and I stayed here for a girls trip getaway. This room was just the right size for the two of us who have been best friends for over 30 years. The room was clean, the view of the beach was great, and access to the beach was easy. Our passcode to the door we were given didn’t work but was immediately resolved. The only negative is the parking pass is not included in the charge of the room. That’s an extra $55!

Great stay!! Unit was decorated nicely with quality materials, well stocked with all useful items and clean. Patio had great views. Great location and plenty of beachfront.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect size for us (2 adults and 1 child). Great location and the view doesn’t get much better!

This was our first family vacation to the beach and it was wonderful! The condo is in a perfect spot; close to the beach, restaurants, fishing, pool, and more. The bed was extremely comfortable and it had all the amenities a family of 4 needed. We were beyond pleased and will be coming back to this condo again.
