Stylish 1BR Condo with plenty of Gulf Views & Beach Service on the 9th Floor

The condo was better than expected. We will definitely stay here again.

OUR STAY:We had a wonderful time at the Origin at Seahaven in this unit. It was stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, trash cans had bags in them, a roll of toilet paper was provided, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, as well as a box of tide detergent. A full kitchen made cooking a few meals in very manageable. For grocery shopping there is both a Walmart and Target just a few minutes away. The balcony was really such a selling point for this unit. The view was perfect and the balcony had both shaded areas and sunny areas throughout the day. Great for viewing sunrise and sunsets. Beach service was another highlight! Chairs and a umbrella were provided for us. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Quiet hours were adhered to every night by pool guests.Our tips for the busy elevators is to use the east elevator instead of the main one! It is right across the hall from the room in the area with the trash chute. Far less people use it. The main elevator wait times could take up to 15 minutes on busy days. THE AREA:We enjoyed a day trip to Rosemary Beach and a half day trip to the Laguna Beach area. Rosemary Beach was about a 40 minute drive and was such a beautiful town. We visited Shell Island via the Shuttle and we used Island Time Sailing for a dolphin and sunset tripFood recommendations: Sharky’s (across the street), Firefly (make a reservation ahead of time!), Pineapple Willy’s. Coffee/breakfast: Finn’s Barista Bar, The Salty Bottle, and Amavida.

This condo was absolutely perfect for the getaway for my husband and I! It was easy access to the beach, restaurants and things to do! All in walking distance! Four star was in contact checking to make sure everything was good! There was a slight mishap where water was off for about an hour one morning but they was the actual property working on the hot tub! It was truly one of the best we have stayed in!

We picked this condo primarily for its location, directly across the street from where a music festival was taking place. Definitely a lively location! The condo itself was great. The corner balcony overlooking the water was where I had my morning coffee each day. Everything was as it should be. Beach service was included and we had a relaxing time on the beautiful beach. What makes this unit stand out even more is the top notch service from the management company, Four Star. Their interest in making our stay the best it could be was much appreciated.
