Stayed Jul 26, 2025Very clean and spacious condo with gorgeous views of one of the bays of Marco Island. We loved walking to dinner at night and watching the sea life and boats in the harbor. It’s a very secure and safety conscious location. Some difficulty navigating the property as it was 3 seperate building on top of restaraunts and shops but that was mostly user error. Would definitely recommend and go again if we ever are in the area again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024Beautiful view, and very convenient parking with assigned spot in adjacent garage. The rental agency permits parking in its lot until 4 PM for access to the beach, which was crucial for us since the public lots filled up early during our stay. Location is right in the Esplanade so easy to walk to the restaurants there. Condo was clean and consistent with the pictures.
