Boasting a sunset facing exposure, this bright and modern condo features two bedrooms and two and a half baths across two stories, able to comfortably sleep 8 guests in its 1400 square feet. Located in a remote location on Sanibel Island and surrounded by lush vegetation, this unit is ideal for those aiming to relax in a tranquil setting.

The Space:
This tropical vacation destination on Sanibel Island has 108 individual units. Renters can enjoy the heated swimming pool,grills, clubhouse and more. In terms of location, Blind Pass is the stretch of water that runs between Sanibel & Captiva Islands from the Gulf of Mexico to Roosevelt Channel. The pass was named Blind Pass because from the sea it was difficult to see because the southern tip of Captiva extended south to Bowman`s Beach. Over time, storm waters and shifts in the sand caused this land strip to wash away exposing the pass. Many consider Blind Pass Condominiums to be the most secluded and private vacation destination on Sanibel. As a result, this community is highly sought after.

The space itself is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse that is divided across two stories. The first level contains the kitchen, living room, and half bath. The second level contains the master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen and bunk bed, and both the master bathroom with shower/tub combo and guest bathroom with walk in shower. The master bathroom is located en-suite to the master bedroom and the guest bathroom is located just off of the guest bedroom in the upstairs hallway. In the living room, there is a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen bed and a sleeper armchair that pulls out into a single bed. There is a screened balcony off of the master bedroom facing in a Sunrise orientation. Guests will enjoy a dedicated parking spot, as well as overflow guest parking if needed.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in the Blind Pass community. Blind Pass is considered one of the most secluded and sought after areas in all of Sanibel, renowned for its natural beauty and splendor.

Getting Around:
Rental car or golf cart is best for getting around the area due to the remoteness of the location.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available as much as needed, but give guests the privacy and space they desire.

    Home was a good size for our group and location to the beach and pool was great. Upon arrival the refrigerator/ freezer were not cold and took a long time to cool our fresh groceries. Dishwasher threw error codes so most dishes were done by hand. 2nd bath shower had very little water pressure. Overall it was fine, but would've stayed in another condo for the amount spent.

    The first handrail to go to the up stairs was broken. Lots of Construction trucks & crews blocking the designated parking daily. Had to park in guest spots. When entering/exiting the property in our car we had to consistently wait and move around large construction vehicles. Condo was very clean! Especially the Kitchen & Baths! Thank you. Would not have chosen if had known about the very small porch and 2nd level entrance. We love Sanibel Island and understand the recovery efforts each property has to endure. Thank you again!

    Absolutely loved it! Great for the price, and even though everyone says it’s a “long walk to the beach” it really isn’t, those reviewers are just lazy!

    This was a great homebase for our family to explore Sanibel! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, new gas grills by the pool and a ton of beach supplies in the closet! The description really didn’t do it justice! Bowmans Beach is not a far walk right from the condo— we had it almost to ourselves some late afternoons and in the morning it wasn’t crowded at all! My kids loved the shell washing station— a ton of shells at the beach. There was a very nice and new bridge to cross over to the beach. Super simple and easy for us as a young family- wagon included with the unit. The pool was completely redone and a nice office where you could check out games and get popsicles. Communication with property management was amazing. There were a lot of different construction vehicles working on various units, but that did not bother us whatsoever as they were not very visible on the property grounds—Just working on units inside.The only “con” I would say is I think the condo itself needs some TLC. There are some cheap aspects about it— cosmetic maintenance could be a good investment. All in all we loved Blind Pass!!!!!!

    Loved the location, nice long walk to the beach but it’s worth the exercise. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of appliances. Maintenance came very quickly for minor repairs. Rosen vacation was right on top of it. Thanks

    When we arrived the lock was super sticky had to contact the office to come help us with the door. Turns out the battery was running low and they were able to give us the dead bolt for the weekend. They were super easy to communicate with. The condo was dated and a few things other than the lock are in need of repair, such as some outlets in the bedroom, upstairs shower. The pool was great and we always love coming to Sanibel.

    The condo was very nice. In need of a little TLC for the bathrooms, but we very much enjoyed our stay. We would stay again for sure. The surrounding complex was under construction as they advised, but we were there for the beaches which were outstanding. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to Hurricane Debby and the staff was very accommodating and refunded two nights rental fees.
