Harbour House 308 is a third floor hotel condo studio on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. This unique resort's location and all it offers is like finding a hidden gem! Amenities and location leave little else to be desired. This is all in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times Square, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. There are seven miles of white, sugar sand beaches, a pier, too numerous to count clubs, restaurants and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus this location is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland. If that's not enough, your home away from home is also located right off the back bay with it's active boat traffic, Snug Harbor waterfront restaurant, Nervous Nellies bar and restaurant and a myriad of other clubs and shops along the bay and Old San Carlos Boulevard. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi and all linens and towels are provided.

This studio has beautiful wood flooring. The kitchen area has hard surface countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a 2-burner glasstop range, built-in microwave oven, a mini-dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. Next to the kitchen area is a dining table seating two. The living area has a sleeper-sofa with coffee table, next to which is a King-sized bed with night stand and lamp. Opposite the bed is an armoire and credenza with a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to furnished balcony overlooking the street below with the colorful shops, restaurants and partial views of the back bay. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.
