Great stay, would live to stay there again

This unit is right on the beach, sound-side, and next to the pool. I felt like the upstairs carpet could use a cleaning and there were only 2 clothes hangers.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect! It was nice and quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly! The unit was also open enough to not feel so cramped. However, the appliances are very old and the refrigerator leaked on the inside so much that I had to place cups inside to catch the water. I reported it to maintenance but I guess they were unable to repair it. I find this to be a trend in every condo we stay in at the beach but the floors were NASTY. It’s like cleaning crews never mop the floors. Our feet were black anytime we walked around without shoes. They charge an astronomical amount for a cleaning fee, yet the floors are always disgusting.

We had a great long weekend in this condo! The location is perfect and we loved having such easy access to the sound and the beach. The property manager was quick, friendly, and efficient with all inquiries. Our only negative was the rug and carpets (especially the stairs) were visibly dirty and very much in need of a clean.

We love the view and the quietness of the location. The sound of the water at night time was perfect to fall asleep to.

We enjoyed our stay. Will keep you in mind for future housing needs.

Enjoyed our stay! The only cons we had during this stay would be the world’s most uncomfortable brick bed in the master and the literally collapsing chairs for the back porch balcony seating. These cons are also listed in most reviews so I really thinks it’s crazy to not have these fixed by now as it would really make the stay perfect and based on those cons alone I would pick a different condo in this exact location since the owners choose to ignore to the 2 most uncomfortable things to fix which wouldn’t even cost much (foam mattress topper & some chairs) but would greatly improve their renters experience. The bed you sleep in every night really hurts your back and we would have loved to have been able to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view but didn’t touch the chairs because they were so shaky and basically rotten. The renting company itself was wonderful with great communication and even came to unlock the downstairs half bath by the time we got back from the beach when our toddler accidentally locked it. Should note that this is on the BAY side so you still have to go across the street to the actual beach but location wise it was nice, it just would have been nice to enjoy the outside Bay view with chairs you could sit on.

Wonderful vacation and perfect location for family.

This is a hidden gem!! On the bay side with a little private beach. Just perfect. The house is cute and beachy. Very private and my family had a blast. My littlest one is 4 and she was able to play safely in the water and we really had the time of our lives and plan to return next year!!! Thanks for the wonderful memories Check in and out were a breeze. Very simple and I had several questions and was immediately responded to. Great Vacation
