Stunning Private, 4+ Bdrms, Coolidge Falls, Best Views of Loon Ideal Location

The house is in a perfect location for any activity at Loon Mountain. We were a party of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen is well equiped for preparing meals and very clean. I would rent this house again!

We rented this house for a ski weekend for a few couples. The house was very spacious and well laid out for a bigger group. It had everything we needed. The location was great, right across from Loon and a shuttle that stops right out front to get you to and from the mountain. The pool and hot tub are seperate from the house, but great for kids. Overall great place!

A very nice property with a beautiful view... we were 8 adults and 3 kids and everyone had an awesome time... Steve (owner) was very accommodating and offered us an early check in if required.. Instructions were very clear and everything worked smooth from start to finish..

Decent house, good location across from Loon ski area. House is quite new. JUST DON'T COOK ANYTHING!! I cooked scrambled eggs, bacon, and mushroom soup. After the stay, host contacted me that his stovetop has food stain and he deducted money from my deposit!?!? I paid a ridiculous amount of cleaning fee for 2 nights for the cleaning company to do their job. When the can't do a simple job like cleaning stovetop after regular use, why take money from my deposit??? YOU ARE WARNED! DON'T COOK ANYTHING!!

This was a great house for a 3 family ski trip. The kitchen is great, plenty of room to hang around and enough bedrooms for all. The shuttle service to loon is awesome. The owner was very responsive to our questions and always had the answer. It is well equipped, with linens, household items etc... Next time we go to Loon, I won't look anywhere else.

House feels like home, new kitchen that is well equipped, great bedrooms, location is perfect! My whole family loved this place. We used the pool and rec. center. The owner is easy to communicate with and responsive. I will rent again!!

We went here on a student group retreat and were thoroughly impressed. It comfortably slept all 15 of the people in our group. The place is gorgeous on every floor and we loved the harpsichord at the place. Everything was very well thought out and it is clear that the owner knows how to relax. Highly recommended.

I went up to Loon this past weekend with a bunch of friends, and had one of the best weekends ever. The condo was gorgeous, and had an amazing kitchen/livingroom/master bed. It was spotless, and linens provided made things super easy. Literally, right across from loon, with fabulous mountain views, it was a spectacular first encounter with VRBO. The only negative was the bottom floor was not as newly renovated as the top two. Other than that, absolutely PERFECT! We will beck back!

My family and I have been coming to Loon Mountain for years and renting condos/homes. This home was by far the best we've ever rented! It was in excellent shape and very clean. The home was fully equipped with everything you would need. Kitchen was so stocked all I needed to make Thanksgiving dinner was the Turkey! The owner was overly accommodating and readily available for questions during our entire stay. The club house was another plus, with 2 pools and 2 games rooms, which kept everyone busy. Without a doubt, I will request this home when we return in February. Thanks Steve for the great holiday memories!!
