We are OBSESSED with this newly remodeled condo in the heart of old town. You're a short walk from the Town Lift and the hustle and bustle of Main Street! Comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a private sauna. At night, you'll be treated to our luxury 100% viscose (made from bamboo fabric) sheets from Cozy Earth - an Oprah favorite! Gorgeous, STOCKED kitchen and large living room provide ample space to gather. Don't miss out on this one!

Light, airy and spectacularly remodeled, this stunning 3 bedroom is perfect for family or group of friends. The fully stocked, open kitchen is an entertainers dream! Perfectly located for easy access to skiing, dining and shopping, you'll love this gem.

Kitchen - Remodeled in 2022 with quartz counters, open custom shelves and easy seating for 8 in the dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked has anything and everything you will need to make meals for the whole crew.

Living Room - Featuring a leather sectional couch (and additional seating), gas fireplace and 50 inch cable tv, this is the perfect spot to gather to have conversations over coffee or to watch the latest movie.
*Small balcony is the perfect spot to watch the 4th of July parade.

Master Bedroom - The perfect place to wind down with a king sized bed, lux linens, a 42 inch tv and electric fireplace. Ensuite bathroom has double sinks and ample counter space.

2nd Bedroom - Queen sized bed and 42 inch tv with streaming.

3rd bedroom - Sleeps up to 4 with a bunk bed and an additional day bed with trundle. a tv with streaming and a work area round out this room.

*Private Sauna (fits 2-3 comfortably) located in hall bathroom.
*Ski or bike storage in garage
*2 garaged parking spots - PLEASE NOTE GARAGE HEIGHT IS 6'8.

The whole condo is yours during your stay with exception to a small owner lockout. The hot tub is also shared and accessed through the garage.

The condo has a keypad for independent check-in. With that being said, we want your vacation to be flawless and will be available before your stay for planning, and during your stay for any questions or issues may arise.

GARAGE CLEARANCE IS 6'8. It will not fit large SUV's that are taller than this. Additional on-street parking available for large SUVs/trucks that may not fit in the garage on a first come, first serve basis only.

    This property was great and met all of our needs. Plenty of space for our family of four and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The property was equipped with all of the essentials. It’s a short walk to the town lift and the bus to Park center is right out front. The property manager checked in on us and was very responsive to questions and recommendations.

    If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. It was as perfect as you can get when you think of location, space, cleanliness, amenities, and customer service. We were two families of four, and the configuration and space was perfect for us. The couples each had our own rooms and the kids shared the bunk room. The place was recently remodeled and is exceptionally well thought through - all the way down to the kitchen/dining seating areas to the hooks in the entryway for ski gear. The kitchen was well stocked, including things you don't even expect (e.g. spices, plastic bags, etc). There was a working fireplace and a TV in every room if the kids wanted to watch something different than the adults in the evenings. The building also has a shared jacuzzi, which we often found ourselves the only ones using it. The unit also has two parking spaces, but we didn't need them as we just took a shuttle to/from SLC since the condo was within walking distance to everything. The location of this condo could not be beat! It's 2 blocks from the historic downtown (and Town Lift) and about 4-5 blocks from the main resort (eg Payday and First Time lifts). There is a free Park City bus that runs about every 10 minutes and two stops are within a block of this unit. The customer service (Sarah) could not have been better. She was responsive in any comms before we arrived. We had one very minor issue with the jacuzzi lights and Sarah immediately answered the phone. Thank you!

    What a great discovery this property was! It was perfectly located for us to walk an easy 5 minute walk to all our familiar spots for dining and shopping on main street. Decorated for comfort and all the things you need for a short time away from home. Super clean throughout and a quick mention that the beds in all the rooms had super comfortable mattresses for a good night sleep. Our host was quick to reply to our questions before and during our stay. We will save this property on our favorites list for sure!

    This property is extremely convenient for any looking to enjoy downtown Park City or the mountain resort itself. Our group of 7 all slept comfortably and made the easy 5 minute walk up to the Town Lift to take up the mountain and ski. Nicely renovated with convenient ski storage and easy included parking really rounds this place out.
