Great unit on ocean side of building. Pool available. Boardwalk right out to beach. 2 bikes provided. Unit has a beachy feel with lots of decorations. You will have to do dishes and throw away garbage in the dumpster. Check out is 10 am.

Property was updated and tastefully beach theme decorated. Loved having bikes also.

This is the 3rd time staying at this villa an we always enjoy it. Very clean an very close to the shops an very close walk to the beach. Perfect patio for people watching. They have bar height stools an table much nicer for a shorter stature person to see over the balcony lol .

From the ease of the check in to the great communication, we enjoyed every minute of the beachfront paradise. Don't hesitate to jump on this spot if it's available. Everything you could possibly need. Thank you.

This condo was just as described….stunning. The owners have put a lot of work into making it a beautiful beach home. It ranked superior in cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, coffee, etc. The view of the beach was amazing. It’s a quiet property that is still within walking distance of Coligny Park. The bikes were a bonus, too. I would definitely return to this property. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were great with communication. A, 5 stars all the way!

You know it’s the little things: great mattress, great couch, great shower, great view, great decor and great location! Excellent listing.

This condo was perfect for us to get away to the beach for a few days! It isnt a far walk to the beach and certainly close enough to ealk to restaurants. Free bike rentals was an added bonus! Definitely would recommend!!!

Property was just as decribed with a lovely view from the balcony and tastefully decorated. Host left a housewarming gift that was unexpected but much appreciated. Will definitely be back!

The villa is in a great location. It has super easy beach access and a beautiful view of the sunrise! We had a everything we needed for a great beach trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exactly as pictured. You can see the ocean from the porch unlike many of the other units. Parking was super easy and it wasn’t hard to get a covered spot which was nice in the rain. Enjoyed having a full size coffee pot in addition to a keurig. Bathroom is modern and up to date. Smart tv in the living room. Communication is excellent. Outdoor showers are by the bikes - I missed that at first. Such a great stay!!

Booked because it was my wife's birthday. She wanted to go to a beach area and see the water from our balcony. We enjoyed our 5 nights; the condo was well equipped and very clean; everything you will need while on vacation and more. I contacted the host for a code for the bikes and another time and received a very quick response. Of course, Hilton Head is a very nice location (food, sights...), we were equally pleased with our accommodations.

Very very clean! Would stay here again. We only wish we had a couple more days

This property was ideal for my husband and me. Just the right size, comfortable and located in the heart of everything. One minute walk to the beach, close to Coligny Plaza, includes bikes, great and updated shower. The owner was easy to work with. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Location was great..all the amenities of home…too many pillows and nic nacs which made unit very cluttered but overalll good..would come again!

The vila was comfy, clean with restful atmosphere. So close to beach. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to visiting again!.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th Anniversary, so we decided to go to one of our favorites, Hilton Head. We had never stayed at this condo before, but we have stayed in several other condos. This one is by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed at. The decor was on point! The hosts were wonderful in that they responded very quickly to any question. They had bikes on property, so we did not have to rent. We absolutely loved this condo! Highly recommend!!!

We recently stayed at this perfect beach condo, and it exceeded all our expectations! Located right off the beach, the condo offered ocean views and immediate beach access. The amenities were fantastic, including fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bed, and even bikes for exploring the area. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and ensured we had a great stay. We highly recommend this beach condo and can't wait to return!
