Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes Unit 113 has been nicely updated with a beautiful kitchen and cleanly remodeled bathroom. The beach access is easy and gorgeous. This does not hide the fact that this unit is right in front of the pool on the 1st floor, where guests do NOT follow the operating guidelines (i.e., open the curtains and see people in the early a.m. hours or late after sunset right in front of the window), or the fact that the mattress is so old and the bedroom's construction is so poor that one cannot get a good night sleep. The unit is right outside of the elevator, so traffic and noise is a constant throughout normal sleeping hours of the night, and there is not much insulation between bed and outside noise.

Stayed Jun 20, 2021Had a great time. Unit was nice and clean. Unit lacked a few cooking utensils but, nothing we couldn't work around. I would stay again.

Stayed Mar 25, 2021Very nice place. Older, but kept clean and updated. Very little noise from neighbors. Did not use pools, but did walk to the beach. No complaints!
