Stunning Oceanfront Condo with A/C...... You Will Not Be Disappointed

Great right on the ocean property. We saw sea turtles from our balcony and whale spouts. We loved falling asleep to the waves crashing on the rocks right below us. We just opened the windows and did not have to turn on the air conditioner. Nice condo and having the kitchen came in handy. The only thing I would say is that my wife and I only had one bath towel each for the week. It would have been nice to have had 2 towels each. We could have used the pay floor community washer and dryer, but who wants to do that and wait for it to wash and dry, when you are on vacation.

We loved our stay for a week in this unit. The bed was comfortable and the size of the condo was very spacious for the two of us. We love the Poipu and Kōloa area in particular over the rest of Kaua’i. It feels like home to us when we are there. Kūhiō Shores also is our favorite! The property is kept so nice and clean. We just love it!

Right on the water! Loved listening to the waves each night. We did have an issue with the AC unit, no fault to the owner, he had a contractor out the same day to get it fixed. Definite pride in ownership. Clean, well appointed unit. I hope to stay here again!!

Beautiful views of the water! You can't stay anywhere and be closer to the water. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We'll definitely stay here again.

What a comfortable and well-equipped condo! Perfect for the two of us and we made the most of it! We spent most of our time there on the balcony, amazed at the spectacular views both sunrise and sunset. And whale watching was superb every day. Easy access to beaches, coastal walks and restaurants. The kitchen and dining made it easy to stay in for meals. A genuinely nice place to stay in south Kauai!

Love the privacy…quiet, noiseless neighbors and outstanding Balcony. No need to spend high on restaurant meals without a view when you can bring in a pizza or cook a nice steak with a bottle of wine and enjoy a priceless sunset. The mirrored walls was a slick way to expand the perception of size. A plus

Great condo. View was spectacular! South facing made watching sunrise and sunsets truly magical! Facilities were good. A/C made the temperature tolerable for us! Load up on quarters for the common washer/dryer. We ate in the condo a handful of times during our ten day trip and had plenty of dishes, pans, etc…BBQ facilities were good-watch out for the parakeets! Parking/lighting was good. People left extra food to share on the table in front of the elevators!! We had a great time on the island and will eventually be back! Mahalo nui loa!

Exceptional location, view was outstanding - we loved watching the surfers out front from daylight to literally dark. Great sandy beaches, stores and restaurants all in walking distance.

We had an incredible stay. We didn't leave the condo much and just enjoyed watching the sea turtles, surfers, waves, sun, moon and rainbows from the comfortable lanai. Bob helped us ptomptly when needed. Would definitely stay again.

We really loved staying here. We watched the sea turtles right off the balcony every evening. We even saw rays and fish if the sun was just right. The unit was exactly as described and we would definitely return. Communication was also quick and exactly what we needed when we had questions.

Wonderful!! The location was perfect. We traveled whole island and home base was very convenient. The a/c in the bedroom worked great...kept the entire condo cool! Only recommendation would be for more bath towels and possibly additional beach towels. Will be back again!!

This property has the most beautiful view! We watched the waves, sea turtles and surfers from our balcony. The balcony is totally private, and you can see up and down the coast totally unobstructed. It is in a perfect location near Poipu Beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. The condo is very well equipped in the kitchen and all rooms are comfortable.

Wonderful location and host was very quick to respond to q's. Property is as advertised and kitchen well stocked. Appreciated the snacks they had for us on a late evening arrival. Air conditioning was broken for our stay but is apparently scheduled to be fixed Monday after our departure.

We loved our stay here! Every evening we watched beautiful sunsets and have coffee and watch surfers from the lanai. We also saw turtles and whales. Steps away from the ocean and prime snorkeling. We appreciated being able to use the beach equipment in the closet. Our only issue was with the air conditioning unit above the bed. The humidity was high and some nights were a bit warm - turning on the AC and would cause water to condense and drip onto the bed, so we made do.

We have stayed at this property in a different unit. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the surfers every morning. This condo is close to many restaurant and has everything you need. The fans and the AC in the bedroom kept the unit cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ten days in Poipu. This condo is exceptional with all amenities and perfect location. Sound of waves crashing on the beach below is hypnotic. We give this condo our highest recommendation.

So amazing to watch and listen to the ocean all day! We saw turtles and dolphins. Surfing and snorkeling right at the condo. Comfortable bed. We appreciated the welcome basket, the filtered water, the beach chairs and towels, and plentiful outlets. We recommend The Eating Place for dinner- nearby good food and good service. Thank you!

Loved our stay here!!! Amazing snorkeling within walking distance. Accommodations were exactly what we were looking for- a/c, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach, and incredible views!!! When we had a question, Bob was super responsive. Highly recommend!!!

The host was extremely informative and communication was timely and thorough. We felt very taken care of. The property was absolutely spectacular. Pictures do not do the view justice and the sound of the ocean at night was incredible. The location of the property was very close to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely be back and I would encourage anyone visiting the island to consider this property. You will not be disappointed!
