Stayed Jul 26, 2025Condo not very clean! Coffee pots had not been washed. Items on bathroom counter were gross when lifted. 2nd bathroom shower did not drain. Sink in main bedroom did not drain well. Kitchen sink had crusted on debris. Broken hair dryer and towel rack. Carpet was not swept. Outdated information of who to contact and how to access TV.

Stayed Oct 10, 20241. The room was not clean when we arrived. The cleaners arrived an hour after we got there. 2. The master shower is photoshopped on vrbo. The actual master shower is the origin and is moldy. 3. The hvac quit working at the end of our trip. We texted our contact with a delayef 4. The patio door to the balcony doesn't lock. This is a HUGE issue with small children. We come to Edgewater every year for 2 weeks and this is probably the worst experience we've had

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We loved this property! The location to the pool and beach is perfection along with the view. The condo is beautifully decorated with furniture that makes sense (we loved the swivel chairs located by the floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the pool/beach/ocean). The master room had the most comfortable bed and pillows with a huge closet that was able to accommodate all our dance convention gear plus suitcases. We would rent here again in a heartbeat if returning to PCB!
