Easy check in after hours. This was our second year staying at Beach Colony, we love it here! Perfect beach location.

The unit was fantastic! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was very up to date & clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. LOVED that it was corner unit, allowing light & views from multiple sides. Owner was extremely responsive & rules/complex regulations were very clear. The balcony was our FAVORITE part!! Large & spacious, even w the nice furniture out there. VERY HAPPY w our time there!

Loved the condo, very clean and absolutely easiest place to check into and unload and load we’ve ever stayed at in Florida.

Property was great. Check in was sooo easy. Place had everything we needed. Balcony had great view of the ocean. Only complaint we had wqs one of the beds had some sand on the comforter but no big deal! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful well kept condo. Great location. Loved all the security features of gated entry, elevator code and keyless entry to condo. Condo was very clean, kitchen well stocked (do bring all your own spices,oils etc if you plan to cook) beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. Views from balcony were beautiful. Would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is sufficiently equipped with everything you need and its location is pretty good. Perdido Key itself is light on restaurants but that is hardly the fault of the condo. With a nearby Publix, it is real easy to prep your own food, with a seafood market close to Publix that had a decent selection. My only complaint would be the living room furniture seems a bit worn. We hardly used it, preferring to spend time on the balcony that had very nice patio furniture. But replacing the living room couch and loveseat would be my one suggested improvement. The only other thing I would suggest is for the Condo Association to make the No Smoking sign on the beach a little more visible.One thing to note if you are considering this condo is it has two elevators that require a special code to get to your floor; however, the master code was the worst kept secret having been revealed to us during our initial ride up. The elevators are quick enough. Except for one afternoon where one was offline, we never had to wait long for one.The condo is one of three tall buildings right next to a few others. As such, the beach was a little crowded. An easy fix is to drive a mile up the road to Johnson Beach. My wife and I would do a two-mile roundtrip on the beach every evening that would take you from the condo to the pavilion. The beach got way less crowded as we would go along.My wife and I will consider this one again. It was an overall positive experience.

We stayed at Cassandra’s condo for a week and had a wonderful time.The place had a perfect view of the gulf, was clean with comfortable beds and had excellent choice of restaurants.Will visit again soon!

Our stay at this property was amazing!!! The unit and the complex was outstanding, clean, friendly. Couldn't have asked for more. The weather was great. We enjoyed everything about the place from the quietness, The full patio(seen dolphins swimming), the quick drive to all fun locations and the food. Definitely will stay there again.

This place was beautiful and very cleaned

Loved the facilities and the condo. Worked well for 4 adults and two grandchildren (7 & 10).Some of the cabinet facings were coming off, dishwasher wasn’t working, ice maker had an issue…. Owner was responsive and brought in someone to fix ice maker and dishwasher (though we were without for several days. We did enjoy the space….. very comfortable and clean.

It was wonderful to return to Perdido Key for vacation time! It was our first time staying at the Beach Colony and our host of the condo, Cassandra, was gracious and very engaged throughout our month’s stay. The beautiful balcony was our favorite spot!

Condo was very nice and had more than enough amenities for us! The kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of extra blankets and even beach towels! And can I just say how nice the beds were?!?! We’ve staying in a ton of condos over the years, and these were some of the nicest mattresses we have ever had!! And communication with the owner was top notch! 100% recommend!!

Clean and easy. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo was one of the nicest and cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was perfect. So close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores so there was plenty to do but far away enough the beach and pools weren’t crowded at all during the day! We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfect for our family get-together to celebrate our Dad’s 90th. Extremely clean, neat, plenty of towels, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds! Walks on the beach, lots of time on balcony and by the pool. We’d highly recommend this condo. Hope to return someday soon.

The condo was beautiful and cozy. Great balcony and beautiful views of the beach. Only complaint was the ice maker did not work and the hot tub was closed all week.

Great ocean view from balcony, living room, master bedroom and a side ocean view from one of the other bedrooms. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and convenient trash shoot around the corner from the condo. We spent alot of time on the beach and balcony! Nice balcony furniture just a warning it is on the 14th floor so if you have kids that can climb up on chairs we moved them away from the balcony railing (we had a 2 year old and our eyes were on him constantly) only negative was the shower and bathtubs had alot of sand in them when we checked in. (I know its the beach there is always sand) also i had a coulle questions that were not answered and a couple days went by before I got an answer. (Everyone is busy) Other then that We had a great family vacation! Great well kept beautiful condo.
