I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was exactly as advertised! Beautiful ocean view, clean and had everything we needed! The complex is beyond amazing with the landscaping and waterfalls and bridges! Very secure and not too touristy! 10/10 would stay here again in the future! Easy check in/out process. Within walking distance to the harbor for food and amazing views! I was worried about no AC in August but there are plenty of fans and we never complained about it being too warm in August! Beach access is only a few steps away and the beach was not too crowded!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025Problem with ants. Got into our prescription medications. Ants on the toilet seat, shower etc.Problems with internet constant in and out.Last day no internet.View was ok off balcony. Fireplace was nice.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025My best friend and I stayed here for 5 days. The reason why we choose this specific property was for the view and it didn’t disappoint. There was a table and chairs on the patio and every morning we would go out and watch the ocean.

One bedroom, one bath perfect for the two of us. Enjoyed walks to coffee house, harbor restaurants, and pier. We will definitely be back to this unit, hopefully for longer stays. Property well maintained, stocked and overall a very nice quiet stay. Staff was amazingly attentive, well done! Check in, check out process quick and easy.

Stayed May 18, 2024We had a lovely stay with the exception of a few things! Upon arrival there was a note taped to the door that there would be no power from 8am -7 pm on a day of our stay… a little disappointed but understood the reasoning but then on the same day maintenance was glazing the bricks so we were asked not to walk on them the only way out of the unit is to walk on them so another inconvenience. The next day we went out for lunch and when we arrived back in the garage to work someone was parked in my assigned spot. I called the number and the gentleman was less then helpful just said security would be over to investigate… at that point I decided to see if the car had a tag on the dash and it did stating it was a vendor working in E12 so I called the less than pleasant security # back lll

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The views were excellent and the apartment was very comfortable. My only negative and it doesnt merit a lower rating is that while they had all the dishes and appliances which was fantastic, there was no coffee for the coffee machine (Ive always have the small ones at the bnbs in the past) and no cooking spray so i had to go to the store before making breakfast (i brought everything else with me). I also checked in quite late and with no a/c the unit was very warm as the windows had been closed all day and fans off. So it took a while to air it out and cool off. Otherwise, it was absolutely beautiful and the communication was very efficient. The views from the living room and balcony and so relaxing and enjoyed by all!

It is very tranquil and relaxing. The reason why I gave it a 4 for cleanliness there were stains on the couch and several stains on the carpet. Still a great place to stay. Hopefully that will be changed out soon
