Stayed Oct 4, 2024Wow. That was my very first impression walking into the unit. Located on the 35th floor and the view was way better in person. Functionally, the unit worked very well for me and my family. It wasn't perfect but, we have very little to complain about. The check-in process was seamless, the parking was free and easy to find parking at all times, the floor was quiet, we loved it! There were some negatives though. It had some areas that needed a deeper clean. The space between the wall and the counter in the bathroom. There was a child's hand print on the door leading to the bedroom, the AC unit barely worked and leaked water onto the patio, the doorframes need to be touched up with paint, and there wasnt cable TV. Those complaints really are minor considering how much we really loved the unit. We'd stay here again if we went back to Oahu. The laundry and trash shoot are right ourside the door which was so convinient. I think we were so lucky to find this unit and it was a steal for the price we paid. Would recommend to all my family and friends!!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024The place was beautiful and as what the photos showed, however, at check in, the room was not even ready and we checked in around 5pm. We were tired from a long trip and just wanted to rest but the room was dirty. When I contacted the after hours line, Ryler answered and he was rude. Customer service is everything and he did not possess those skills. When I explained to him about the room not being made, he made it seem like I was a hassle to deal with saying, “ maybe if you stopped complaining, I’ll be able to help you out! The more you complain the more the process will be slowed down” after an hour he was able to reach out to the housekeeper and she was able to come and service room close to 8pm. She was great! Ryler reached out and said they will compensate me for the first night. I understand refund may take up to 7 days, but it’s been 4 days and still haven’t seen any refund. The place is beautiful and right near downtown. You can walk to the beach and other restaurants etc. I went to get my nails and pedicure done down the street and the walk there was amazing. The unit comes with a full kitchen where you can cook, store items in fridge and the stunning views from the balcony and bedroom was everything. The ac in the unit doesn’t cool the whole place it’s mostly the living room area, however it will do the job. the elevator, the unit is located on the 35th floor so it takes awhile and when you go during peak seasons just be prepared to wait. Parking is included!
