I enjoyed my stay very much. Amazing location!!! Didn't care too much for the amenaties of the building, but they looked like well kept in order. There are a few things worth mentioning to improve the place. The master bed has a door stopper that's broken. The fridge makes a rattling noice very frequently, the edges of the small table are loose, the master bed is in pretty bad shape (very big dent in the middle). Besides those small things, the stay has been wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay in this small, older condo which provided a good ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Hilton Island is a very busy place, but at the condo, we could only hear the ocean.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. We enjoy staying near Coligny and walking into town and along the beach, and this condo is perfectly located for both. The grounds are safe and well maintained. Too cold for the pool but it looked nice. The sun deck is a nice touch, very relaxing. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from the bad weather in the north. The Vacation Time people are always very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head. The unit was as described - comfortable for a couple, a terrific beach view and good proximity to Coligny Square. The building is very quiet and the unit has all the essentials (but no wine glasses!). A small problem with the wifi at check in was resolved virtually instantaneously - so full credit to the property managers. Would happily return.
