This was the best home we have stayed in. The view of the ocean is outstanding ! The home has everything you need like beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella. It is steps away from a food truck park that offers variety and very good food. Patty was a gem to work with. Loved the location of Kehei in relation to the sites we visited.

Patty has been extremely welcoming. The condo has been very well stocked and located at the Maui’s center of gourmet food. So excited to see the rice cooker and water boiler at the condo. The leftmost drawer is empty and could be the place to stock chopsticks as well. Thank you so much for hosting us, Party. Wish you another successful year in 2026.

The sunset view from the balcony is spectacular. Grocery stores, food trucks, coffee shops, bars and beaches are all within walking distance. The condo was clean, organized and well stocked with essentials for your stay. I highly recommend if you are looking to vacation in Maui, this is the place to stay.

This was the perfect spot for me for a two-week diving trip. Price was reasonable, location was more or less between two dive boat harbors, food and bars within a block, the amazing South Maui Gardens next door, grocery store two blocks away, area for rinsing gear in the parking lot, a drying rack on the double lanai, and a dive shop in the very same building. Place was very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Plus, the owner, Patty, was instantly responsive and kind. The only downside is that you can’t readily walk to a big beach and you hear fairly loud street and nightlife sounds until about 10 pm. For my purposes, that was all fine but others might be bothered.

What a fabulous stay we had! The location has stunning expansive floor to ceiling window views of the ocean at Cove Beach from the living/dining room and master bedroom areas. The condo was well appointed with very spacious rooms and so well stocked in the kitchen. Patty had all of the beach gear conveniences available for us. - from beach chairs to umbrella, from large coolers to frozen ice packs. There is free parking and access to the pool in the complex as well (although we do not give a chance to use it). Patty was very prompt in communication and allowed us to have an early check-in, which was very gracious, and much appreciated. The building is surrounded by nearby eateries, grocery store, drugstore, etc. So central and convenient. We enjoyed every minute of our time there and would definitely love to come back next time we are in Maui again. Mahalo!

My family and I absolutely fell in love with this place! The attention to every detail within the condo is unmatched in any other place I’ve ever stayed. Highlights included great music across the street, daily games of pick up volleyball, fantastic and affordable surfing, food truck village one parking lot over. I could go on and on. Loved the vibe at Kalama Park. Our host Patty provided us with early check-in and answered every question in a timely and thorough way. Can’t recommend this place enough! Oh…..and the view was so great I couldn’t look away. Simply stunning!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei at this apartment. It is right along the beach and close to everything. The Foodland grocery store is within walking distance as is the food truck park with tons of amazing food options. The apartment is quiet and the AC in each bedroom as well as the living room makes the stay super comfortable. The balcony is well appointed and avoids the sun for most of the day until sunset which is ideal. Because it is on the Main Street, it can be a little noisy at night if you’re adjusting to jet lag from the mainland but nothing a few earplugs can sort out. All in all our stay was fantastic and we would stay here again the next time we are in Maui!

The rental was great, nice amenities and well supplied. We loved the actual condo and its location was so centrally located we were able to walk to many of our favorite restaurants and community functions. The only reason I rated the overall stay lower than a 5 star was the building was under construction and there was constant concrete jackhammering noise coming from the roof. We often vacation in Kihei, and we planned our vacation to escape our own remodel in Los Angeles. The noise was constant through the day and was annoying and did not allow us to relax in the condo during the day.

We love this property and hope to stay there again in the not so far future! It is in an ideal location, across from the park and ocean, close to wonderful dining and the sunsets are breathtaking. To be able to sit on the couch and watch the sunset was worth everything! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you plus more. Thank you fo remaking our anniversary and Mother’s Day a trip we will never forget! Oh, and Patty is the BEST! Everyone needs Patty in their life, thank you Patty!

It has a great location with an awesome view from the balcony. The 2 bedroom condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful with the check in and check out. I would stay here again!

I’ve been to Maui five (5) times and this condo exceeded my expectations in terms of everything provided and more. So close to the food trucks, a walk from Foodland grocery store, and across from the beach. I’m looking forward to probably staying here again next time I’m in Maui. Mahalo.

This stay was great! We had 4 people with more than enough room. The location is great- steps away from downtown food and drinks and a short walk to the beach. Patty was extremely communicative and responded quickly to anything we needed. Absolutely would stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the place was very inviting, and Patty was a wonderful host. There’s nothing better than enjoying a cup of coffee on the lanai while watching the morning surfers. With the beach park across the street, food truck park and gardens around the corner, grocery store and restaurants nearby, not to mention several beaches down the street, this is a perfect location for a relaxing vacation.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family of 4. We loved waking up early and watching the surfers and paddle boards from the lanai. We enjoyed the ocean breezes that kept the condo cool and comfortable. (There is air conditioning but we found the open air breezes to be more enjoyable). The location was ideal. We walked to restaurants and the beach even though they are a short few minute drive. We absolutely loved going to South Maui Gardens right behind us in the evening for entertainment and food trucks. The host Patty was responsive and super accommodating! We could not recommend this condo enough!

Great location and very well equipped! We didn’t need anything for our stay. Everything was clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to explore on the island. The view is spectacular!!! Patty was wonderful to communicate with also:-) thanks for the wonderful week and 1/2!! Mahalo
