Downstairs is one full size and onesingle bed, and its own bathroom. We also offer a washer and dryer on the lower level. The open concept layout provides ample room to relax after a long day of exploring. There is a large smart TV in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking a delicious breakfast for the family. This unit is on the main level entry for easy loading and unloading.

We have plenty of fun options for day trips near the condo. These include a relaxing soak and lunch at the Pagosa Hot Springs, the beautiful mountains of Telluride, historic Mesa Verde, and of course Silverton and Ouray which make this condo a great base camp for all your adventures in the beautiful San Juan mountains.
There are endless hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, ATV and UTV trails, etc. Purgatory Ski Resort also has plenty to do in every season for the whole family. The town of Durango is 26 miles south with shopping, dining, rafting, walking trails, and our gorgeous Animas River. And of course, the biggest tourist attraction yet, the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad which departs from Durango and is complete with a full museum displaying this wonderful piece of history.
