Our roomy 1100 sq. foot and private two-bedroom condominium is enviably located in the heart of Canmore, easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops and grocery stores. Bridgette Bar and the new Spring Creek Market by Rusticana are open and located in Spring Creek.

The condo has luxurious finishing throughout: hardwood floors, granite countertops, and travertine & marble tiling. The spacious first floor condo is east facing, which supplies excellent views and sunshine. The unit backs onto a pathway that leads to a mountain creek, a small park and a pathway to downtown. Relax after a day on the slopes in the amazing outdoor hot tub with breathtaking mountain views! This setting provides a very private, serene, yet convenient haven — the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure!

The hot tub, gym and billiards room are common to the building. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.

The condo comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a king size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Hotel quality linens and duvets are provided. The spa inspired ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom has heated floors, dual sinks, a decadent soaker tub and a travertine/glass shower, while the main bathroom has heated floors, a sink and a larger travertine/glass shower. Towels, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner and soap are provided.

For your convenience, there is one secure underground parking spot with a locked storage cage for all your essential toys (golf clubs, skis, boards, bikes, etc). Entry into the building is your private access code so flexible check in can be accommodated.

When you're ready to relax after a day of adventure, our comfortable condo comes equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa, a gas fireplace and a large screen TV in the living room. High speed Wifi, cable TV, Netflix access (you must have your own Netflix account).
You can also relax over a meal around our dining room table that seats 4 or gather around the kitchen island. Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped (stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), so cooking up a storm should be no problem. An in-suite high-efficiency washer and dryer makes doing laundry easy and convenient (with laundry soap provided).

Consume the incredible view from the patio, complete with BBQ and Adirondack chairs to enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The east-facing patio and windows overlook the sun-filled vistas of the towering Rundle Range. Come stay with us, and enjoy a fun yet restful holiday!

PROPERTY PET RULES: By proceeding to book this property, you agree to all the pet policies listed below if you are bringing a well behaved dog:

1) One well behaved, trained dog up to 50 pounds is welcome to stay in the suite. NO dog under 1 year old is permitted.
2) The pet fee is $150 plus taxes and does NOT cover additional damage that the dog causes in the suite. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
3) Dog must stay in a crate when owners leave it in the suite alone.
4) The dog must not leave excessive hair on the furniture, and you should bring dog blankets should the dog want to sleep on the bed or go on the sofa. Any damage to the white linens in the suite from the dog will be charged back to you (muddy feet, torn linens, unremovable stains, etc). We leave beige dog towels that you must use to clean the dog prior to entering the suite.
5) The dog CANNOT be left alone in the suite unless it is crated and it CANNOT bark or howl disturbing other guests. A security company may be called should your dog be making excessive noise and the callout fee of $200/callout will be charged back to you.
6) Dogs are absolutely not allowed to use the balcony or patio as a bathroom. Additional charges will be applied and you will be unable to stay with us in the future.
7) We’re sorry but NO cats are allowed in our suites due to allergies.
8) Any exceptions to the above mentioned pet policies must be approved in writing (email) in advance of your stay.

    This unit is easily accessible and fantastic if you have a pet with you. You can easily access the grounds via the patio doors and it has an amazing view of the mountains. The suite was clean and everything was provided including hot tub towels, dog towels, coolers, a stocked pantry, extra blankets etc. Kim was very quick to respond to any inquiries. We had a great stay!

    We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy the clean, well maintained condo. This year the kitchen floor heaving was a hazard for my 93 year old father at times. There was a note once we arrived about the floor. It’s just in an area you step often and hard to remember it’s there. I’m wondering whether this was there the last time we stayed. Outside of this glitch our stay as always was fabulous!! Looking forward to staying again. So close to town with amazing scenic views.

    Wonderful, very clean, great location, kitchen has nice pots/pans/ glassware and spices as well as foil, plastic wrap, etc. nice gift of wine, as others have noted. The only issue, for me, was slight dog odor first day, but this is a dog friendly unit, and I mentioning Kim and the odor did dissipate by 2 nd might. Kim was very responsive. I would rent again

    SO clean and great hospitality. Lots of conveniences in the rental and great location. Loved every aspect of this stay. Canmore was easy spot to start day trips to Banff and other parks, and the unit was an easy spot in town to walk the gorgeous paths to restaurants and such. 10/10 would stay on exact unit again.

    Loved our time in Canmore so much and this condo was the perfect location. 360 mountain views steps outside the door. Great location for our family of 4. Enjoyed exploring north and south of Canmore from here. Close walk to downtown. Kids liked access to the hot tub and billards room. Cant wait to come back!

    Great home base for some hikes and bikes in the area. The property could use a larger hot tub or pool area with fewer restrictions. Other than that the stay and suite were awesome.

    I went with my parents to canmore and we had the best time. The area we stayed in was perfect mixture of nature and town. The place was super clean, quiet and comfortable! We are from the south and love the cold weather so we appreciated the fans in the closet that we pulled out for sleep! I would recommend this place to anyone, and I hope I get to visit it again!

    The property location was excellent. It was well-equipped either essentials to make the stay convenient and comfortable. Proximity to local stores and restaurants was exceptional. In general the details, directions, and guidance concerning the amenities were excellent, although the climate system was hard to regulate. One complaint: the neighbors above the unit were exceptionally heavy-footed but I'm not sure there would be a solution to that type of issue in any multi-floor complex. The entry code system was flawless and was very convenient for ease of access. Take note, the parking space in the underground parkade is very close to an exhaust pipe that makes parking an SUV size vehicle a little difficult. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend this unit to anyone who wants comfort, convenience, and location at a fair price.

The place is immaculate clean, Great Views, the Unit has everything you need for a Fabulous Vacation, weather its for a Few Days or a Week..... Very Quite Location.     Well stocked, great prep by the property manager and SIlver Creek is a very good location for walkability plus good views. This unit had great light and views vs. street facing units. Ground level also fantastic for getting in and out instead of a single, slow elevator wait for other floors. We were able to use the hot tub when we wanted (prior to 5pm) and we were there over a peak long weekend.

    The condo was very clean and the welcome basket was a lovely gift. To top it off, there was Christmas decorations to make it very festive. The condo is in a great location and walking distance to all amenities. This is our second time staying here and will return again and again!

    I cannot say enough good about this location and/or the host. The photos represent the location perfectly. Although no photo can truly show how big the unit is, this location is larger than the photos make it appear! The host provides consise, clear communication from the moment you book to the moment you check out. I knew not only everything anout the accommodations, but how to get there, where to park, what was available in the unit/building, and the surrounding area, etc. My family and i had a wonderful stay in this accommodation and this has become our go-to when we stay in Canmore. So happy I found this lovely place jn Canmore!

    We had a wonderful week in Canmore. I can not say enough great things about the town, the community and the condo. First and foremost, the responsiveness of the host was very quick and easy communication throughout the booking process. Walking into the condo, we felt instantly at home. It was warm, inviting and very comfortable, including the beds! (A good night sleep is one of my top priorities on vacation.) The unit was so well stocked , that you truly did only need to bring your fresh food with you. Not having to purchase some of the odd items that you never use all of, ie...ziplocs and dish soap, was so thoughtful of the owners. The location was perfect. A bit off the beaten path, so quiet, but close enough that our days we stayed in Canmore, we never even got in the car. The scenery was unmatched from the small patio with my cup of morning coffee. We are already planning a return trip because one week was just not enough to experience all of Canmore and surrounding areas! The recommendation book was full of wonderful suggestions. Thank you for a wonderful week of family adventure!

    We stayed in Canmore as our “base” for exploring Banff and Jasper National Parks. I would highly recommend staying in Canmore over Banff. We visited Banff a few times, but even early in the season traffic and parking was challenge. Banff is a beautiful town with lots of shops and restaurants. However we found the environment in Canmore to be much more relaxed with plenty of shopping and dining options. The condo was great. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and an easy checkout. The view from the first floor deck was amazing. We also enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and head out for a walk. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this rental for anyone.
