Stunning Mediterranean Monument Avenue flat in the heart of RVA's Fan District

Great location (Monument Street is wide with many beautiful old houses); home was clean and filled with interesting decor; host went above and beyond returning a necklace my daughter left behind. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Frequent visitor to Richmond and have stayed in many home rentals. This one was sublime from top to bottom. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. Great access to Richmond sites by foot, bike or car.Will definitely return.

Wow. Just wow. My family was so impressed with this beautiful flat. So much room to relax. Clean and comfortable. I've stayed in places in the past where the pictures cleverly make the space look better than it it. It was the opposite here! The home is perfect for the Richmond experience. The neighborhood is historical and in the perfect location to visit the historical sites of the city. Comfort and beauty describe the house best. The architecture and furnishings are fantastic and lead the imagination to wonder about life in the early 1900s.At the top of the list for our next trip back. Laura Lee is a great host!

We’ve enjoyed our stay on two separate occasions. The location is perfect for us and the space works very well for my family! I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay in Richmond. I had a work event at the Museum of History and Culture and brought my kids and parents. They enjoyed the science museum and children’s museum. All close walking distance (fine arts, too, but we didn’t make it on this trip). The apartment is beautiful, historic, and well-appointed. Laura was friendly and communicative. We hope to come back!

Our daughter recently relocated to Richmond, and we chose the Mediterranean Monument Flat for our stay. It was comfortable, well-located, and the kitchen was equipped for our holiday. Great communication with the host was a plus.

Halfway between NY and Fort Lauderdale, Richmond was well located in general and this appt was just right for us. Comfortable, spacious and clean, with many points of interest nearby and easy parking, four adults and a toddler had a fine weekend here.

Beautiful, spacious flat in Richmond, great amenities and comfortable bedrooms. Easy to walk to places. Host was wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this and rent this again.

Turned out perfect size ( 2 couples & a single adult) for lounging—terrific communal space! Also great location—people watching on Monument St. & walkable to lots of restaurants/stores. Very nicely appointed—we did not really cook much ( just breakfast really) but did not want for anything. Would definitely stay there again if going to Richmond.
