Stunning Lake Views!! Short walk to London Bridge, Lake, Restaurants, and Shops!

Amazing, simple, clean and great views!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Adorable apartment, well planned and thought out with amenities. Great view of golf course and the lake in the distance. Close to restaurants and the bridge. My suggestion would be for coffee drinkers, a proper coffee maker and improvement on window coverings in the bedrooms. Other than that, I highly recommend this rental.

So the first thing is the view, amazing and then the short walk to the canal. It gives you the ability to walk back to the room after waking up early to put your boat in the canal, cause everyone knows getting a spot is the canal is no easy feat mid to late morning. We were a little worried the first day when the fridge was not working. But I actually just turned the fridge up from the coldest setting and it began to get cold. We are all looking forward to our next trip.

Great little condo! In laws live in Lake Havasu City during the winter. It was our first time being there this time of the year. This condo fit needs perfectly. Great view and location. We walked down to the London Bridge a few times during our stay. We got to see the lighting of the Christmas lights which our son loved.

The place is roomy, clean if you don’t look in the corners. Beds were comfortable but pillows are awful and wrapped in plastic as well as the second bedroom beds which crinkle every time you move. No blow dryer in unit, I haven’t traveled bringing my own hair dryer for years, they are always provided but owner said “one of the last people took it by accident”, well that means you replace it for the upcoming renters or at the very least let them know you don’t have a blow dryer in the unit, very unhandy for women’s hair.

We loved our stay, great location and beautiful view! The condo was very clean and decor was lovely.

Wonderful and convenient location . Perfectly Maintained. Has everything you would need and more . Great pool on complex . Communication with owner was amazing. Nice complex with beautiful pool. Short walk to many restaurants and shopping .

We added Lake Havasu to our Spring trip this year. It didn’t disappoint. The location of the condo is great. So many things within walking distance. The pool area and grills were a great addition to the accommodations. Condo was well stocked with everything and very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

This is an epic stay. Amazing views. Close to everything. Great community. Responsive host and wonderfully decorated. Recommend!

We stayed in Sam's condo in Queens Bay for 10 weeks and were very satisfied. The condo was in a perfect location, a short walk to the London Bridge and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had an incredible view of the sunrise and sunset every night. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Sam
