Stunning Lagoon Views. Short Walk to Beach. Newly Renovated Villa w/ Terrific Natural Light.

Beautiful house newly renovated, everything you could need for a weeks star, 6 minute walk to the beach, highly recommend staying at this property.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was well-appointed, beautifully decorated and C-L-E-A-N. So many places these days do a surface clean but this place felt deep cleaned and I could actually relax and feel “at home.” Upon arrival, a gator was sunning on the bank below the bay window “welcoming” us. We saw several during our stay and enjoyed using the binoculars to get a better look. The beds were super comfortable and felt like a 5 star hotel. Kitchen was stocked and the bathrooms were clean and lovely. I also really enjoyed the faux candles that turned on each night. Also, a beautiful 7-8 min scenic walk to beach where we saw deer and gators. I found several sand dollars! We also enjoyed the games and puzzles in the house and built a huge gator puzzle with our son. :) Also, go to Salty Dog Cafe. Only 12 min away and they have the best lobster roll (Bohicket roll). The only negative I can think of was that we could, at times, hear the neighbors below us but I played white noise and slept just fine. And neighbor noise is expected in a condo. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to return next year.

We were on Kiawah for a tennis tournament at Barth Tennis Center. It couldn’t be a better location. Unit is even nicer, larger and more luxurious than photos show. Views! Book it!

This unit is exactly as described. It was clean, nicely decorated and furnished and about a 5 minute bike ride to the ocean. We liked that the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We did have an issue with the keypad not locking one day (due to a dead battery) but when I reached out to the managers, they responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately. I highly recommend this unit. I hope to return myself.

We had the best stay at The White Pearl while attending a friend’s wedding at The Sanctuary. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just minutes away from the hotel and a quick walk to the beach! The property was spotless, beautifully renovated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The description of the property was accurate. The White Pearl condo has a wonderful long view of the lagoon in which you have a front row seat to the wildlife on and around the water, including the two alligators patrolling the waters!The condo is clean and well appointed. The Turtle Cove Villas are next to Kiawah's Sanctuary which we visited multiple times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returns visits to the White Pearl!

The White Pearl is one of those rare finds that amazes you with its attention to details. Truly, the owners thought of everything from ease in finding all the kitchen gadgets to plenty of comfy pillows and throws to a luxurious window seat to watch all the wonderful wildlife. Communication via email and text was clear and thorough. We personally loved the decor…so soothing, fresh and inviting. We literally spent hours IN the ocean, swimming and floating. That’s our ideal of a perfect time in Kiawah. Thank you for this much needed getaway…so satisfying: mind, body, spirit.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Property was beautifully decorated, and had all of the amenities that you could think of or want! We particularly loved being on the lagoon and seeing all of the alligators and wildlife around the property! Would definitely recommend staying here, it was very comfortable and well appointed!

We loved our stay at the White Pearl. Everything was just as described. The location was perfect with only a couple minute bike ride to the beach. The villa is beautifully decorated and made our family feel right at home. We especially loved the view overlooking the lagoon. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for our trip with access to the beach close by and within a close proximity to the Nest. The villa had all of us impressed as soon as we walked through the door. It is a very nice and spacious layout which was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We felt relaxed and comfortable right away.

All I can say is - wow. This was such an incredible property and we felt fortunate to find it. Everything was pristine, the kitchen was well stocked, the lagoon views were amazing, the beds were comfy… I could go on and on. It was a quick and beautiful walk to the beach, even in the summer heat. Don’t pass up this listing!

Really great 2 bedroom condo. Perfect for our family of four. 10/10. Great location to everything we needed. Very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful Spring Break trip at The White Pearl. It is beautifully decorated, in a great location, but what stood out more than anything is that it is probably the most well stocked rental we have ever been to. They had everything we needed for the trip. We probably could have saved packing 2 bags with everything that was already there. Tupperware for leftovers, a great assortment of kitchen utensils, knives that were actually sharp, herbs and spices, plates, cups, you name it. The view of the lagoon is amazing. We went in the spring, so the alligators and turtles and birds were all very active. We will definitely be back!

The White Pearl property truly was a gem! I have been coming to Kiawah Island for over 40 years and have stayed in an array of properties but this villa was one the best. The kitchen was well appointed with many of the items that one would need for cooking and entertaining. The bathrooms were immaculate and the bedding was so very comfortable. The updated decor was so lovely and in great condition. The design of the property was so well done and again had everything one could need! We’ll definitely be back!
