Its hard to tell from pics how close you actually are to the beach. From the beachside door it's about 30ft to the short boardwalk that takes you to beach. We didn't pack coolers for drinks & food because it was so close. The views were beautiful & the sunrise each morning from the balcony was spectacular! Loved everything about the place!!

This was the best place I have ever stayed in on the beach super clean and peaceful not an over crowded beach nice quiet area and you can see the pier down the beach will totally be back.

Property was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable. We love the view and easy access to the gulf. It is managed by a per data realty company that was very responsive and helpful.

In need of updating and refreshing

the location and makeup of rooms was a big factor in this choice. We had a big crowd. Having the bunk beds in one room was a bit of a problem, because we didn't have any kids. Lots of couples and one single. But it all worked out, with an air mattress thrown in. The check-in process and communication prior to arrival was pretty good. The only way it could have gone better was I asked a couple of questions ahead of time but didn't get very specific answers. For example, I asked what type of coffee maker was in the unit and the answer was standard. But that can mean a variety of different type of filters. And they didn't bother saying there was also a Keurig in there. Which was nice. I just wish we knew ahead of time. We had an appt to pick up the keys between 3 and 3:30 and the unit wasn't ready for a good while after. But, once we got there, everything else was pretty spot on! there were a couple of extra beach chairs, which was nice. The fact that we could walk right out to the sand, was great. and come back in for bathroom or addt'l waters, etc. The master bed was super comfy. and the Master shower was AMAZING!! the elevator was difficult to work and i sorta wish it went all the way to the 2nd floor, but it was nice to have for a couple of ppl who needed it. great walking/running area (towards Ft. Pickens). We cooked in every night except the last. Kitchen has everything incl plenty of plate & silverware.

We had a wonderful weekend stay for Memorial Day. Our son and DIL are pilots and currently stationed at Camp Pendeleton, CA. Our DIL was sent to NAS Pensacola for a month of training, so we took advantage of her being so close ( we are from MS) , and all gathered on the beach. The place was beautiful! We enjoyed being right on the beach and we got a bonus Blue Angels fly by while eating outside! The weather was perfect and sweet memoires were made!

A perfect place on the perfect path of the beach. The house was clean and had everything we need.

Everyone had plenty of room to be on their own or together for games! Fantastic full ocean view!! Conveniently located to restaurants, activities and shopping.

Great location with extremely easy beach access

House was as described, beautiful home, on with boardwalk access.

The location is amazing....even when all the condos are full, the beach isn't. Condo has everything you need for a great stay - coffee maker (with filters), Kuerig coffee machine (if you're into that), coffee bean grinders, plenty of pots / pans / dishes / cups. The bar fridge is also a nice touch to keep the main fridge open for all the food. We've been coming to White Sands for over 10 years....feels like a second home - thanks for the memories!

Perfect spot on the beach!

This property is outdated and needs to be completed refurbished and renovated - furniture was filthy dirty and we had to purchase sheets to cover the fire to sit on it - beds were uncomfortable in every room and sheets were like sandpaper. TVs were the size of a computer screen in the guest bedrooms and some didn’t even work- sad for a rainy day with kids

Large, clean in a great location on the beach.

If you want to quiet place to relax right on Pensacola Beach, this is the place. Feel the sea breeze, listen to the waves crashing on the beach, take a walk on the beach and pick up sea shells, swim in the ocean. The location is perfect, close to everything. We had a great experience.

We will definitely be staying again.
