This is no ordinary unit! This unit has been completely transformed. It's been stripped down to the studs, ceilings were raised, new windows, doors, flooring, lighting, electrical, etc. The expanded kitchen has stainless steal appliances, a tile back-splash, large pantry and extra tall cabinets with soft close hardware. The bathroom has been fully renovated with new fixtures, walk in shower and and a shower panel with body jets and shower wand. The 534 sq foot unit also benefits from impactwindows, modern 12 x 24 inch tile floors and has a balcony that runs the full length of the unit.

It is located on the second floor of one of the lowest density buildings on the beach. It faces West offering stunning views of the Gulf and spectacular sunset.

The unit has a dedicated covered parking space. The complex is well managed and maintained with an over-sized pool and tropical landscaping. The building lobby has undergone a full renovation, there is an inviting club room, BBQ area and of course there is direct private beach access.

Note, please inquire about pricing in general, condo association fees and availability before booking dates. Stays that straddle more than one month may not be permitted at certain times of the year. January stays typically start on January 2nd. February is only available with a January booking. A February + March booking is only available with a January booking or a February + March + April booking. The condo association charges a separate fee, starting at $153, that is not included in the listed price. The association conducts a background check and requires a minimum 7-day approval. The condo association charges a $100 application fee and $53 background check fee for each US resident adult and a fast track approval fee of $75 for bookings made within 15 days of arrival. International background checks are $115 per adult. The Vrbo quote system is not capable of handling these fees and we have to charge 11% tax if we collect the fees so they are not included in the quote and must be paid separately.

    Unit owner was very accommodating after my vacation in April was changed due to COVID. We agreed that November would work for both of us in stead The location was perfect to all shopping, dining and the beach. The unit itself was comfortable and very clean as was the entire complex. All amenities were top notch, everyone was friendly.
